What are we all about? One word, Crab! Come join us for lunch, dinner or both and experience your favorite combo alongside the wonderful atmosphere and harbor view.
We each got a bowl of chowder that was just o.k. $8.00 each. There is not a lot from which to choose on this end of town near the cruise ships. Due to the rain, we stayed close to the hotel rather than walking downtown. The service woman at the counter was nice and efficient.Okay in a pinch, but I don't recommend it.I'm afraid I don't understand your review. Titled "overpriced frozen food," but you only mention having the chowder. The chowder is made in house using locally sourced fish. As we portion fish from whole fillets, we end up with pieces too small to use for fish and chips or sandwiches, and those small pieces go into the chowder. There are actually a great many restaurants to choose from in the Harbor, and I thank you for choosing our restaurant.
Restaurant is situated on the waterfront, setting nice, service slow, food okay but expensive and some items on menu not available.

Our group of eight were seated promptly and attended by an exceptional wait staff. We had a great view of the docks. All seemed to be satisfied with their meal. I had the scallop appetizer and crab cakes for my meal. Both were great. A little pricey but great food and a great experience make it worth it.

What a fun, quirky little restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was great and the atmosphere is fun. It's like going back in time to the 70's. We had their chowder, which was delicious, and a bucket of but. They definitely know how to cook some halibut. The waitress was very nice. Great service!

Cosy, wholesome food, friendly attentive staff, what's not to like! The decor is old-time rustic lots of wood. Food (not just salmon) was good with generous enough portions and a range of beers. Very handy if you are staying at the Windsong Lodge next door only a five minute walk. Also has an outside dining area if its nice weather (it wasn't!). Would happily go back.

We are a neighborhood restaurant & oyster bar located in the heart of Seward, Alaska. The Cookery showcases the fisherman, the rancher and the farmer, the brewmaster and the winemaker, and of course, the magnificent oyster! Whether served ice cold on the
This unassuming facade provided a surprisingly unbelievably delicious meal and experience. Curried halibut - amazing! So was the wine and wild mushroom bruschetta and homemade vegetarian burger. To top all that off, the atmosphere is fun with a combination of visitors and locals, and the staff were fun and fabulous.
