Service, food quality and cleanliness of the restaurant have GREATLY improved since being under new management recently! When my family and I moved here, we had decided it was only a matter of time till it got shut down because the employees were rude and didn't even start making our pizza order until the moment we walked in the door to get it 45 minutes later! Now, they hop to film our orders as speedy as possibly and the buffet is always fresh, hot and tastes great! The new staff is super polite too ;)

Wow! Just visited this Domino's Pizza in Prattville and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I don't always enjoy pizza from these big name pizza places because many of them hardly put any sauce on their pizzas or they use the cheapest ingredients possible. My experience today was a pleasant surprise indeed. We order two large pizzas, one barbecue bacon pizza and one pepperoni and onions and both were absolutely delicious. The barbecue bacon pizza was the BEST barbecue pizza I have ever tasted! It had big chunks of chicken on it, not that fine shredded stuff that other places use. It had the best tasting barbecue sauce of any I have ever eaten. The crisp bacon made it even better. If you like good pizza, I highly recommend Domino's of Prattville.

Over the years, I think CiCi's has gone downhill. I like the "all-you-can-eat" buffet, but selection is frequently lacking. There have been times the basic pizza types of pepperoni, sausage, or plain cheese aren't available, but more unusual types are over-running the bar. Sometimes management cannot even identify types of pizza on the bar. Money-saving options of getting rid of trays, using only disposable cutlery, paper cups, & requiring customers to clean up their own dishes, trash, & tables are a few other changes not necessarily for the good.

Middle of the road here. Leaves Little Caesar's and Domino's in the dust. More on par with Pizza Hut and Papa John's although the sandwiches and salads that Marco's offers are greatly appreciated. If I order for delivery or pick up, this is my favorite. For dine in I will choose Mellow Mushroom even though it's way more expensive and quite loud in the restaurant. I've never had an issue with my orders being incorrect or incomplete at Marco's and I've never had a customer service problem. No hassle, no aggravations - that's why I like this place!

Don't let the name fool you--this restaurant serves a variety of different foods. They offer a "meat and three" at lunch, which is a good deal. There are different entree specials each day (beef, pork, chicken); pizzas, pasta; salads; fresh vegetables; sandwiches; desserts. Don't miss their fried green tomatoes and ranch dressing!! This is a busy place, but they make it work and take care of everyone. Ms. Cindy gives a lot back to the community--she offers special mealtimes for first responders, Thanksgiving dinners, and provides meals for folks who need her.

We visited for dinner and had the worst service weâve ever had in a restaurant. The food was edible, but not that great. It took an extremely long time to get the food when the restaurant was not busy. Part of our order never made it to the table. Haley was the worst waitress/manager Iâve ever encountered. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Itâs that bad.

We visited Mellow Mushroom for the first time early last Saturday evening just before the Saturday night rush. The tv sets had football games and other sporting events which I could discreetly watch while enjoying pizza with my wife. Within two minutes of placing our order, I could see our pizza dough being tossed on the air. Our pie was served right out of the oven and was delicious. You can order from a large menu of pizzas, appetizers, salads, hoagies, burgers, and desserts or design your own pie. Beer, wine, and cocktails are available. There is a large friendly staff to ensure prompt service when they are busy.
