Woke up hungry and craving a quick and tasty, breakfast place near you? From fluffy, hand-rolled Made From Scratch⢠Biscuits⢠to crispy bacon on our classic breakfast platter to breakfast favorites that you can't get anywhere elseâ¦Hardee's® serves food ju
This Hardees location is a little out of the way even though itâs at an Interstate exit. Itâs almost hidden away but in a busy area. Itâs an easy in but difficult out back toward Opelika. The parking lot is beautiful. Itâs freshly coated and thereâs plenty of proper handicap parking and an accessible entrance. The drive up was clean. Hard to have been better. I ordered the featured sandwich â a jalapeno double cheeseburger. It was ready in about 2 minutes. Speaker was easy to understand. Service was great. New uniforms looked good. A great friendly greeting, smile and goodbye. I parked in the front and had my lunch. The landscaping here is very nice. The burger was wrapped perfectly but in paper intended for turkey. It was inserted into the interior sleeve very well too. Even though it wasnât a replica of the photo on the sign, it was close. This is a wet sandwich and that sleeve comes in handy. The seasoned mayo is tasty. The pickled jalapenos pack a pop.The actual burger patties were nicely done and not dry at all. The cheese wasnât melted but the heat of the sandwich softened it. Even the bun is toasted and wasnât cold. Plus the lettuce and tomato were still cool. At under $3 this sandwich is a good value. Itâs not a gourmet burger but is done well for what it is. Unlike many this Hardeeâs got it right.
Fast Foodies Know The Dealâ¢. Checkers serves up world-famous seasoned fries, bold burgers, creamy shakes, and more. BOLD SINCE BURGER #1, Checkers restaurants were born out of the idea that a bland and flavorless burger was downright wrong. Americans ever
Checkerâs is a regular fast food lunch spot for me. It is centrally located for my travel pattern. The service is quick and very pleasant for a fast food spot. There is plenty of parking for those who want stay and eat in the car or use the outdoor seating.Checkerâs is drive thru and walk up window service only. The great thing is most everything on the menu is prepared to order. Sandwiches are not sitting in a holding area. Hot food is hot.The burger and chicken sandwiches are good and an excellent value. The hot dogs are a real surprise. 2 chili dogs are $3. The extruded are tasty and long lasting. There are always specials that add to the value concept. Ice tea and bottled water are a very fair $1. An added bonus is this â on several occasions this store has prepared larger order burgers (30 â 50) for me. They pack the lettuce, tomato and condiments separately on request so the sandwiches are not soggy later.

Steak 'n Shake, a classic American brand, was founded in 1934 in Normal, Illinois by Gus Belt who pioneered the concept of premium burgers and milk shakes. For over 85 years, the company's name has been symbolic of its heritage. The word "steak" stood for
Stopped in for quick supper. Our server was friendly, attentive & prompt. Our food was good. We had chocolate shakes. Mine was great but my husband thought his didn't have a lot of chocolate flavor. He had chili and I had a steak burger with fries. My burger was very good and he thought his chili was good for a fast food restaurant. We would stop here again.

Ate here after a football game, and was fortunate enough to beat most of the after game rush. However, despite not being overly busy the service was still extremely slow. The restaurant was somewhat dirty in spots, and they didn't seem well organized. The food however was easy once it was finally ready.

I was first introduced to frozen custard in Kansas. For years I yearned for a frozen custard stand to open in this area. That yearning was realized with Freddyâs. My wife and I have been twice and plan to stop more often. I can only attest to the frozen custard and the hot dogs. I was pleased with the service, the food and delighted with the frozen custard. Definitely a place to return.
Not really hungry and didn't want big meal. Shared club sub with chips and had freshly baked oatmeal cookies that tasted like homemade. Took only minutes to get our sandwich which tasted wonderful. Staff friendly and courteous.

I'm not Mexican, but this place serves up what I imagine to be pretty authentic tacos! And considering we observed several Mexican families eating here, I'd guess my imagination isn't too far off. The restaurant is an old dairy barn and doesn't have any indoor customer areas. You order at a window and then wait until your order is called. You can either take away or eat at one of their outside tables. I had steak tacos and my husband had the shredded chicken tacos. You choose corn or flour tortillas and then between cheese and lettuce or cilantro and onion. The steak tacos were very tasty but I'd probably opt for the shredded chicken next time - some of the steak pieces were a little chewy/grisly. My husband raved about the shredded chicken and hasn't stopped talking about them since! I can't wait to go back! Oh - and they offer other menu items besides tacos, including daily specials. Priced very reasonably.

I called this morning an hour and a half before I was set to pick up a simple chicken mini platter for an office request, a man answered the phone and said itâs all about âgive and takeâ and implied that he was too busy and could not take the order. I hung up and informed the office, they said to take the business elsewhere which I easily did. You may be Chick Fil A , and you may have so many customers that it doesnât matter to you when you provide horrid service, but this will be dutifully noted and spread throughout the community . Do better .
