Your Southern Style Sushi Crafted With Fresh Ingredients | Voted #1 Ramen and Sushi in Mobile Alabama
Excellent choice. Searched for a new place to go for dinner while in Mobile on business. Decides to try Kai Restaurant and was not at all disappointed. Sushi was very fresh and well presented. Service was excellent and very hospitable. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and will definitely return next time I am in town.

Delicious and well presented food. We had the salted shrimp and Mongolian ribs. Both were excellent.

My wife and I visited here on the recommendation of Trip Advisor reviews and someone who lives in Mobile. This place was great. The staff was friendly and very prompt. The food was fresh and came in really big portions. We ordered some Pad Thai as well as a couple of sushi rolls. We even experimented with the sushi and went outside our comfort zone a little bit. We were not disappointed. The next time we are in Mobile and looking for some sushi we will definitely be back. If you live in Mobile, you need to give this place a try.

ThisThai food is the best Thai in St. Elmo, Alabama. If you've got the urge for Thai and can't get into Mobile, the food is not bad. It's not cheap, though!

We were looking specifically for a menu-service restaurant and saw good reviews, so we took a chance. So glad we did. Husband had General's Chicken with fried rice, spring roll, and egg drop soup. Mine was a daily special with mixed meats and asparagus in a brown sauce with white rice and egg drop soup. Hot tea all around. We had good, pleasant service, tasty food, and a wonderful price. We look forward to returning.

This is a "first choice" if you are a Thai food or Sushi aficionado. This unassuming little place is not fancy but don't judge this book by its cover. We sre talking fresh fresh fresh fare with fair prices, good portions, clean, with friendly service. I had the Crispy Chicken and my wife had two different Sushi rolls. Awesome! This was our second stop in Mobile in 2 years and our 2nd time at Benjas. Wish they would transplant the place to our home town! A word of warning, this is real Thai fare, so it is spicy. On a scale of 1-5, I would suggest not ordering any hotter than a "3". Bon appétit! We'd give it a 5 star review but the wine and beer selection was lacking. On the plus side you can bring your own. Corkage fee is normal a $7.
