Fiesta Mexicana Restaurant in Muscle Shoals is a good choice for Mexican food. My husband, son, sister, and I ate lunch there today and it was quite good. I had the beef taco salad while the others in my party had tacos, burritos, enchiladas, rice, and beans. Everyone was pleased with their food. Fiesta's current health inspection score is 97, which is impressive, as well.
I typically order fajitas and my wife orders flautas. The food served by Fiesta Mexicana is tasty and comes in generous portions. On a side note, they serve a couple of dishes which the menu describes as "hot" (habanero peppers or hotter). The menu clearly states this and you can believe it.
Violations:Bleach stored with food and a spray bottle was not labeled. The walk-in cooler was out of temperature.Items in the cooler were not correctly date marked. The strainer basket was frayed.â¢â¢â¢There was mold in the ice machineâ¢â¢â¢Lettuce was rinsed in the hand sink.*The manager said most of the violations were fixed that day and a technician came out soon after to fix the cooler temperature. We refuse to go here anymore. Service has been terrible the last 2 times we where there. We were seated and never waited on and we waved at them and they just ignored us. Talked to many others and they have had terrinle service. The sad thing is this restaurant used to be great and now it has really went down hill.

Had a late dinner here on a Tuesday night. Located on the busy highway Woodward Ave. / Highway 43 just south of 6th St. on the south side of Muscle Shoals. Arrived about 9 pm, parking lot was mostly empty as was the restaurant. Seated right away by a friendly host. Nice decor and atmosphere in restaurant, not too brightly lit. Chips and salsa came to table right away and were very tasty. I ordered the Steak Fajitas, they came in about 7 minutes. The food was tasty and the portion was huge - I could not eat it all. My waiter was good and stopped by my table frequently. Total price for my meal was less than $10 and I left with a full belly. The only recommendation I would make, would be that the staff speak a little better English - was very hard to understand the staff, especially my waiter. Otherwise a good experience and I plan on returning.

Rosie's Mexican Cantina is a First-Rate Mexican restaurant right smack in the middle of downtown Florence Al. It's worth going there if you are ever within 20 miles of the place. On a Saturday night it looked like a tour bus had discharged its passengers at the restaurant. We waited about 15 minutes, but it was worth every second of it.The homemade chips were so warm and tasty that we almost couldn't eat our order with it came. My wife had the fajitas and it had the shrimp tacos. Both were just what we wanted. The food was quick and flavor-filled. And of course, the free ice cream topped off a great Saturday night meal.Rosie's is a place you don't want to miss if you enjoy Mexican specialties. A quick word about our server: she was awesome. My tea glass was refilled three times and I never had to ask. Our salsa cup was replaced each time we emptied it without having to ask. A second bowl of chips replaced the empty first one right on time.Great experience all around.
