Stopped here for lunch when traveling nearby. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The place got very busy right after we ordered. Apparently the Jasper lunch crowd knows a great place to get lunch! The biscuit was good and I enjoyed the Cole Slaw too. We'll definitely be stopping at a Lee's location when we're traveling around. By the way, we tried Gus' World Famous in Memphis and we both thought that Lee's was MUCH better chicken and sides!

A lot to like here. Clean , excellent service, indoor kids play land nice on a 92 degree day, good salad. Admire the company closing on Sun. and displaying scripture on condiment bar, see attached pic. Complimentary mouthwash dispenser in mens room a nice touch. Constructive criticism: Zaxbys has better crinkle cut fries.

We made a detour on our trip just to eat at this location. When you walk through the door the aroma of fried chicken just makes your mouth water and we were immediately greeted by the cashier. I wanted my fries cooked crispy and the kitchen nailed the fries. The guy from the kitchen even came out and made sure they were to my liking. The food is very reasonably priced. I would stop at this location again without a doubt and if I am back in this area, this will be my stop. Note: There is another Gutherie's location down the street from this location but I will be going back here again. Thank you to all the staff who made this meal so fantastic! They truly care about keeping their customers happy.

I have ate here several times, ordered from drive through and dined in. I always get my wIngs plain with no sauce and 50% of the time they are warmed over and so are the fries. The service inside is not friendly and is not very clean.The last time I got food from the drive through, the sauce from the wings which I didn't order had spilled all over my seats and the person working the window was very rude , not helpful at all. When I called to speak to the mgr. , the rude person working the window was the mgr. and let me know right quick, that she was not rude nor was there anything wrong with the order, she practically hung up on me.im glad this manager doesn't represent all the Zaxbys restaurants. I will not go back to this one in Jasper, but I do go to other locations and 85% of the time food is hot, service is friendly.

This was a quick lunch stop. The store is well maintained but the Coke Freestyle machine is frequently out of order. The chicken strip lunch was good with an ample amount of fries. We upgraded the order to include a blizzard which was very good.
