Alright, I am addicted to their seared Prime Rib but as you know, in a lot of chain restaurants something that you really like may be different from store to store. I have had this 3 times now at 3 different locations and it was great at all of them. This place was a standout. I am really big on customer service. I do NOT expect to be treated like the only customer in the place, but i do like to be treated like a customer. Now days, that is a chore for some places. Our server, Bethanie, was the best. I encourage all of you to ask for her when going there. It was a treat to be served by such a nice attentive and professional young lady.

I've heard for a long time that III Forks in Dallas is an excellent steakhouse. However, I probably should have known better than to expect much from ANY airport restaurant. This one is located upstairs in Terminal D at DFW. The server was polite enough, though a bit slow in returning for my check. The steak was very average ... not worth near what it cost me. Virtually no seasoning and only partially cooked to order. The potatoes were strange. Good asparagus, however. I'll give III Forks another try ... at one of their non-airport locations.

We went to Texas de Brazil and expected the Green means Go treatment like other Brazilian Steakhouses we have been to, around the country. Unfortunately green meant No Go! We sat and waited for meat but they never came around, or they would skip our table and go to the next. I even put the GREEN on my forehead and still nobody stopped by to bring the meats! Thankfully there was a salad bar otherwise we would have left more hungry than we arrived. Thanks to our wonderful waitress, Kelsey, she realized when we asked for the check, that something was wrong. So she asked her manager, Kylie to come talk to us. We explained what was going on and she apologized profusely. She also made things right, and turned a horrible dinner into a not so horrible dinner. As a chef thatâs what makes a huge difference in a restaurant, the staff who show they care. To all the upper management at Texas de Brazil in Birmingham, these two should be highly commended. Kelsey and Kylie are good people and need to be recognized! You definitely need to work on the Green means Go part of your restaurant though. Iâve never left a steakhouse still hungry until last night.

- Long waits...for tables, drinks, food, and checks. Meanwhile, there are many tables empty and plenty of workers zipping around.- Staff doesn't know the menu...Ordered an item I saw advertised on a poster which was posted at the entrance. That side wasn't on my plate. When I asked about it, I was told they didnt have that item. Yet, interestingly enough, when I received my bill I was charged for the item.- Also, took away the highchair that my 15 month old son was using, as a booster seat was too large (due to a fire hazard). Did not offer to relocate us, even when asked to do so, to a table where we could use the highchair.Not one manager came to our table to ask how things were going. It seemed any issue was someone else's problem or iob.We're sorry to hear we fell short of a great dining experience.
