Came in on my off day one morning to get some breakfast. When the woman came from the back of the restaurant a minute or so after I'd been standing there, she was wearing a Bluetooth headset and scowling. "Can I help you?" without any friendliness behind it. Almost like I was a pain by being there. Went thru the process of cheese, toppings, etc. No smiling the entire time. She only put one tray of meat on my foot long and charged me for the other tray when I asked about it (its two trays for a footling ordinarily) which was strange. She made the flatbread for me, set it aside and made my bowl of soup. Then she picks the flatbread up and arbitrarily half drops/half throws it BACK ONTO THE COUNTER. So: rude, Bluetooth, throwing my food. I contacted Subway twice and never got a response. This is why I'm so glad there's a Lenny's Sub Shop; shouldn't have made this mistake, I should've taken my business there in the first place.

This would have been a typical sandwich/sub shop if the staff wasn't so amazing. They are friendly, helpful, know all the answers to every question, accurate, take great care in making your sandwiches, polite, considerate, and oh yeah the sandwiches taste great. They seem to make each sandwich as if they were making one for their best friend or relative. We don't have this chain at home and I stop here at least once when in the area. I don't know how they know who to hire, but do have an amazing staff. If I were in the business, I'd hire each and every one of them. Oh and another thing, their sandwiches are full of good stuff and are around or less than $6 for most of them.
