- Long waits...for tables, drinks, food, and checks. Meanwhile, there are many tables empty and plenty of workers zipping around.- Staff doesn't know the menu...Ordered an item I saw advertised on a poster which was posted at the entrance. That side wasn't on my plate. When I asked about it, I was told they didnt have that item. Yet, interestingly enough, when I received my bill I was charged for the item.- Also, took away the highchair that my 15 month old son was using, as a booster seat was too large (due to a fire hazard). Did not offer to relocate us, even when asked to do so, to a table where we could use the highchair. Not one manager came to our table to ask how things were going. It seemed any issue was someone else's problem or iob. We're sorry to hear we fell short of a great dining experience. Please know that we take your feedback seriously and we will be checking in with the store. Please give us a call at 1-844-6LOGANS, so we can follow up with your concerns. Thanks.

We picked a place for lunch with top reviews since we were in town. I was sold with the pimento. I ordered the hot dog with ham, pimento and fried pickles while my husband ordered the paramount burger. It's a big burger with eggs, patties, fried risotto, etc. We also got a basket of fries. The thing I liked most was the antibiotic, free range chicken, and good quality ingredients. The menu isnt huge but everything sounded good. The pimento was really good. But it didn't have a pot on the hot dog. So I asked the waitress and she was so nice and brought me a small dish of it. (Perfect amount). My husband enjoyed his food and I did too. It was so so good. We will definitely come back!

Visited here after hot day at the Zoo when daughter picked it- The server Michelle was great! The chicken salad and pimento with crackers was wonderful. Loved the home made âcrackersâ. The patty melt was a bit on the dry side and needed something as far as seasoning. The kids grilled cheese was very good and had plenty of cheese. Would definitely go again if in area - just know there are only a very few Parking spots but parking on street.

This is a large brew pub. it has a long bar, plenty of tables, and chairs, and a huge outdoor patio. I was told, by Courtney, my server, thatthey had 72 draft beers, on tap, but I settled for my usual Bud Light. There was not a large varied menu, but I opted fot the Philly cheese steak sandwich. It was good, but I really liked the home-made chips. I found the service efficient, the food tasty, and the draft beer a little pricey. All in all, it was a pretty good evening. I am not sure if I would make a return trip. ...Jerry....Paris Ontario....Canada

I have been eating at Wintzell's since the days the only location was in Mobile. I have enjoyed seeing the expansion to other locations and even visited several locations as well over the years as I travel. This may be one of my last visits though unfortunate. The service was unattentive at best, ordered crabclaws and oysters for appetizers, and the oysters never came. crabclaws were overcooked. I ordered fried shrimp, and it was obvious they were frozen and prebreaded. Previous visits in other locations always fresh and tasty. This was no better than Capitain D's. My wife had grilled chicken that was well over cooked and very tough which lost any flavor as well. Our salads we poorly prepared, there was a "lump" of shreaded cheese dropped on the top of the lettuce and not tossed at all. Our companions had redfish and catch of the day...all underwhelming. As I mentioned this was my first visit to this location of Wintzells and for this vistor, likely my last.

Our hotel recommended this restaurant and if you stay at the Fairfield Marriott and show them your them your key you get a 10% discount! Ayanna was our very excellent server and recommended menu selections. I had the salmon and for my two sides I had very healthy and well cooked green beans and broccoli. My husband had a steak, mashed potatoes and broccoli and it was delicious he said. Mike greeted us at the door and was very friendly showing us to our table. He did a great job. We recommend this restaurant.

Our menu is filled with classic American dishes like steak, salmon, burgers, sandwiches and salads, as well as other traditional favorites like slow-roasted prime rib and our famous chicken tenders, all at a great value.
Visited twice during my week long visit and had a great experience. Both times I ordered a chopped steak with mashed potatoes for only $10 It was prepared quickly and very hot. I was greeted at the door as an old friend by the hostess and the manager.

Our server Alyssa was personable, professional, helpful and attentive. She gave great recommendations that actually saved us a few $$$.The restaurant was clean and bright. The wings were hot, both heat and spicy hot. And there was plenty to eat. I'd caution against the Mango Habanero sauce unless you really like hot. The flavor is great, but the after burn stays with you for a bit. Will definitely eat there again.

Ribs. Pork. Chicken. Brisket. Hell, even sausage. All BBQ has the same three basic ingredients: smoke, meat and time. What makes it different is the amount, consideration and attention to each part of that recipe. That, and some really great bbq sauce, to
We happened upon this restaurant while staying just a minute from it at the Microtel. Wow! What a pleasure! My husband had what he termed, "The best brisket ever, better than San Antonio!" where he had the best up till now and that was in 2000! and I had the BBQ chicken. The food was delicious as were the drinks. We had enough for another meal later. Service by Peter was excellent! We will definitely look up Jim & NIck's during our trips to the South.
