Service was very slow unless you ordered the special items with a 7 minute guarantee. Those items seemed to make it to the table quickly. Waiter was very nice. Potato soup had no potatoes in it and was so thin that it was difficult to eat. It took 1.5 hours overall to order and get soup.

My friend and I decided to get a quick bite here since it was close to our hotel. We ordered the catfish dinner, and being from the south we figured this would be a great choice. WRONG! It was worse than processed fish sticks. Needless to say we wonât be back.
This is the place to go. By far the best fast food breakfast around. Burgers, chicken and fish sandwiches are always fresh and warm. Dinner plates available.

The building, the surroundings, the employees (standing outside to smoke most of the time ), made it seem like a dirty place to eat. We had to go there because we were with people that wanted to go there. Getting past feeling like it was dirty, the woman making my sandwich could not keep what I just told her in her head I had to repeat everything I said which was aggravating and led back to my thoughts on whethr the place was clean or not. The sandwich itself was good. The inside of the store looked clean.
Great staff and food.If you like grits, go when Brandon is cooking. I was raised on grits, he makes the best I've ever had. He should be the trainer for all the locations. They go out of there way to be polite and insure your food is perfect. Love it.

I needed to be back in Alabama and specifically Gadsden this weekend so as always no visit is complete without stopping at Pruett's. I had a wonderful meal Friday night in a very crowded restaurant and another meal for lunch on Saturday and once again it was crowded. See a pattern??? Crowded. Do I mind? Not at all. I would wait however long it takes to get the quality of food I get here. The thing is even with a crowd I never have to wait for an extreme amount of time. They know how to manage and have the ability of making things run smooth. The other thing in addition to outstanding food is the outstanding service. Yes even in a crazy busy restaurant the service is still superior. Not just from my server but I observe and I see it from all servers. Thank you Pruett's for having such a wonderful place and for making your customers feel so appreciated and loved. I spread the good news about your restaurant everywhere I travel.

We stopped in for lunch after a short road trip. The aervice was excellent, however the food fell short. My son's chicken tenders were very dark and extremely crispy. Clearly over cooked and should have been easily caught in the kitchen. My grilled chicken sandwich had a very soggy bun. As Ruby Tuesday goes this one was below average.
With good southern food, this place is clean, with a great staff. Hamburgers are good but chicken is their best.try this place!

Stopped at this location for a late lunch on a return trip from the mountains of Tennessee. Our group was seated promptly - split into three tables side-by-side. Our waitress was very prompt, efficient, and attentive. Our orders were quickly taken and promptly served. Virtually everyone ordered from the lunch menu and most seem pleased with their choices. Ordinarily half of our group would have ordered from CBâs 24 all day breakfast menu but we had all enjoyed a big breakfast to start our day. We were done and back on the road in less than an hour and pleased with our overall experience. CB remains one of our favorite dining road stops.
