We celebrated a family wedding reception at the hotel restaurant and could not be happier with the amazing waitstaff we had. Both Marvin and Sam did such a phenomenal job making drink and food recommendations and so attentive to our large group needs. Highly recommend!

I visited with my family for two nights this past weekend. As always, the grounds were spectacular and my kids enjoy the pool etc. Our room with two queen beds and one sofa bed is perfect to fit my family and it was quite nice, located in the main building. It was also very cool which is important! I had two issues with our stay which aren't huge. One, housekeeping did not empty the garbage or take dirty glasses and food containers out of our room after the first night of our stay. For such a nightly rate, this should be a given. Second, the pool bar is limited. Again, with the number of people at the pool and the type of resort it is, the bar should be full an able to make anything. To contrast, we stayed at the Ritz Carlton Lake Oconee last summer, and were able to absolutely order anything from the poolside bar. Overall, always a fine stay at the Grand, but just a few small things we thought could be done better.

For the price you pay you think they would give you free parking and a continental breakfast. Bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. I like that they don't come into your room unless you request it. Towel replacement is done by leaving dirty ones outside your door and clean ones are in a bag by your door.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The room itself was outdated. The tv was from the early 2000s, you had to wait for the guide channel to go through all of them in order to find something to watch. The shower temperature was difficult to get on the right setting. Our balcony faced a parking garage. Honestly, it’s over priced and not worth it.

Very disappointed that the night before our departure they canceled one of our two night stay reservation because some tournament people, according to them, wanted to extend their stay. We have being patrons for many years and that is not the kind of treatment we were expecting. Ruining our Memorial weekend, because at that point there was nowhere also to go. I think we are done with the Ross Bridge. Not anymore the kind of resort we used to love. Disappointing and I will make sure other people will know about our experience.

What a fantastic choice for my birthday! We booked a king room, overlooking the gulf and the beach. We ended up with a corner room which was perfect! The room was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. The location was great, accessible to restaurants, stores, etc. The service was also great. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We were able to arrange a later checkout time with no fuss and at no extra cost. I'd definitely stay here again!

I truly cannot imagine a better location (in the shadow of Bryant-Denny Stadium) or a higher level of luxury than you'll find at Westgate Luxury Condominiums in Tuscaloosa, AL. Beds were exceptional, and the kitchen appliances were top of the line. I liked how spacious my unit was. I would DEFINITELY want to return.
