This creperie has much more than crepes. Our group had sweet (pear and caramel) and savory (chicken and feta) crepes, cheese curd fritters with sour cream and raspberry jam, and a ham and cheese croissant. We had buckthorn tea and buckthorn lemonade. Everything was delicious, and so much more affordable than most other restaurants in the area. The food was nicely done, with generous portions, and came out in a relatively timely manner. We will be coming back!!!

You have to go to the counter to order, there is a menu in English. Wait can vary and you have to keep your ears open for when they call your name in russki. Other than that, the food is quite ok, good variety and tasty.

The yogurt stand /restaurant offers a good flavors, but a very confusing concept of sizes and prices. The stafff were friendly but they do not speak English, and when I asked for a smaller cup size they did not know what I was talking about. I was not satisfied with the amount of money that I spent , due to the fact that we spent an equal amount on our KFC meals and we spent almost the same amount or more on frozen yogurt. Though the menu is pretty limited, the meals are truly delicious. Having tasted several dishes, all of them presented authentic Japanese cuisine! This small cafe is totally different from the variety of japanese-wannabe restaurants in Astana and it definitely exceeds the expectations. They are moving to a different location and I can't wait to visit the new place. As a suggestion, it would be awesome to have authentic Japanese ramen and gyoza in the menu :)

After a walk of less than 10 minutes from Bayterek on the main street to the east, we entered this restaurant. Near the entrance is a counter with a lot of choice of pastries, on the left side a nicely modern decorated restaurant. The menu with a lot of choice, including some vegetarian dishes, was available in English. The friendly waitress also spoke some English. We had delicious pumpkin soups, turkey filled with spinach, a vegetarian dish with grilled vegetables, some side dishes with potatoes and - because beer was rather expensive to our opinion - some Sprite/Cola for about 8500 Tenge, service included. Overall a comfortable place to eat we would advise to visit if you a looking for a restaurant in this new part of Astana.Dear MarcelTraveller,Thank you very much for you kind response. I lived new to Espresso Bar. I like this place with its tasty coffee, delicious sandwiches and pumpkin soup. But the most delicious was great variety of breakfasts. The staff is friendly, especially barista is funny with his extraordinary jokes. BTW, you should book a table in advance, usually this place is very crowded.

..since food and location are perfect. Until they hired a new administrator. I am sorry to say that, but she always says 'NO we are full' with an angry face when she can free at least a few spots by separating long tables second part of which nobody uses. She is obviously not interested in her job and wasting her time.

I was staying at the Ritz Carlton in Astana and had dinner at Ozen bar and restaurant on Saturday night. I would like to thank the amazingly attentive and friendly staff, in particular sushi chefs Zhanserik and Khalmurat for a fantastic evening with excellent food. The live music was also very high quality.
