店内の作りが秋田市のココスと違っているせいか?!隣の席の会話が気になりませんでした。ゴミゴミした雰囲気もなく、落ち着いて食事ができます。メニューはどこのお店も似たようなものですが、従業員の方の対応も含めて良かったです。

水曜日は大盛りも同料金。ホルモンやきそば、天ぷら中華そば、麻婆麺も人気があるようです。アットホームな雰囲気で、町に溶け込んでいる感じで、大変良いです。夜は居酒屋さん的になるようです。

増田の町を散策しようと駐車場に車を止めて最初に目に入ったのがシェーシェーのお店でした。看板の横手やきそば500円に引かれて店内へ。お店の雰囲気は増田の町並みにはちょっと合いませんでしたが味は抜群。小腹が空いた時に丁度いいですよ。

Most visitors are Japanese, this is a traditional area with lots of traditional wood made house. This restaurant serve the famous long history hand made udon noodle of Akita county, it tastes really delicious, not very much foreign visitors came here, so the English menu has only part of full menu, but I still recommend people visit here to experience the culture street. There has an old medical store which doesn’t sell medicine now but turns into a museum, the host can speak English, so you can pay a ticket, and the host can guide the special traditional warehouse building. 這邊是秋田縣橫手市增田町，這間佐藤養助手工烏龍麵，是秋田縣很有名的名產之一，我們去吃了3真的很美味，還買了乾的麵回家！這邊這條老街很美，有幾間內藏建築是能免費參觀的，也有很多是需要付些許導覽費用，不過都很值得一看，因為是非常有特色的建築！
