We arrived and were shown the evening menu by seeing the already prepared goods in the kitchen. What a sumptuous feast. I loved this food and it was great value for money. The host was kind and the service was quick and efficient. Some real authentic Greek dishes. I had the Moussaka. My husband who is Greek had a selection of Greek dishes and raved about them all. I recommend.

We visited this place while being tired after a road trip. Food is served really fast, the quality is excellent and the tastes amazing! Prices are very reasonable for the portions and the food that is served (greek salad 5€, lamb dish with potatoes 7,5€ and traditional gemista for 6€).
The only thing that may be a little bit annoying is that if you arrive late (around 4o clock) you may not find all the available dishes as they tend to finish early! The view is great (at the sea) and is a perfect spot for a beer and a short relax! Last but not least, the waiter is very very kind!Definately suggested!

I had a great experience here. Great service, great atmosphere, and even greater food. Its right on the water, so I went there a couple of times in there afternoon, having my frappe coffee, and jumping in the water for a swim. I highly recommend!

A family business with homemade kitchen. Excellent quality in reasonable prices! A warm place with friendly and pleasant environment! Here a family or a group of friends can have fun and enjoy the original Greek mezedes with beer, ouzo or Greek wine.
Petrino is a cafe - ouzeri (which means that offers the best mezedes - snacks to go with your drink!) The place is at a pedestrianized street right in the center of Aigio. It very easy to find and really hard not to visit again...! There you 'll find the best and moreover homemade mezedes (=food!) to accompany your beer/ ouzo/ or whatever you drink, by the hands of mrs Vaso (the owner and cook), whom will always welcome you with a smile! I highly recomend it to everyone. An extra tip... try the stuffed anchovy!!! (ask for it as: gauros gemistos)!!!

We ate a number of times here, what wonderful people and such delicious home-made food. Proper Greek meals, prepared using local produce, by local people, served quickly and with great chat. We ate here for breakfast, late lunch and dinner. A superb range of food and we would highly recommend the sausage and the liver if you're looking for tasty local delicacies.
Anthi and her husband are warm, welcoming hosts and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Out of all the places we stayed during our 2 weeks in Greece, this was the one we were most sad to say goodbye too. It is also one of the main reasons we would look to come back to this area and stay some more.
The views from the balcony are incredible and with a range of Seating from tables to sofas and a hammock, you can wine, dine, relax and unwind.
Beautiful!!
