Great welcome, well-appointed room, good wifi
Reviewed By TimSeattle1I stayed here for 1 night during my solo bicycle tour through Colombia. In order to obtain a better idea of local accommodation standards and costs, I waited 2 weeks (after staying in 10+ hotels) before writing this review. I speak Spanish and was therefore able to communicate well with my host(s). Pluses The owner and manager Julio, who happened to be a fellow cyclist, welcomed me into his hotel even though I had arrived early on my bike (08h30) from Pelaya. I had an upstairs room (#201). It was spacious, and my bike and trailer fitted easily. It had an en-suite bathroom with refreshing cold shower. (No hot water, but not needed in this hot climate). It had a small refrigerator with drinks and snacks at reasonable prices. The room was bright and attractive, and had a quiet, powerful A/C. It had a comfortable table and chair at which I could use my laptop. In-room Wi-Fi worked well, if a little slower at night. I was invited to hand-wash and hang my clothes out back. Julio was super friendly. He helped carry my trailer upstairs. There was an Olympica supermarket about 10 minutes’ walk away. The hotel faces a side street so street noise wasn’t bad. The next morning I left early (05h30). Julio was already up, and insisted on accompanying me on his bike about 2 km to hiway 45, for the next leg of my bike tour. Minuses Early evening the dogs next door were rather loud. They quietened by the time I went to bed and I slept well. Summary The room was very good value at 45k COP (about USD16). I would stay there again.

Just fine for one night
Reviewed By MilclauOn our way to Santa Marta we stayed here one night because it was the best choice in the little City. Friendly people, clean room and bathroom, and breakfast included. They have a pool but we didn't try it. For one night is fine :-)

OK for one night
Reviewed By Gourmet JI stopped here due to the swimming pool, the pool was OK but they had music playing very loud there, very unpleasant. The room had AC but no remote control, the AC is turn on and of at the reception and in my room it was to loud to sleep with it running. The WiFi was not available in the breakfast room and was split in several areas, you have to login again when you get to your room and in every floor. Breakfast was nothing special. Positive is that they have car parking facilities at the hotel.
