Firstly I'm going to ponce on about having eaten sushi in some of the finest restaurants in Tokyo. So for the avoidance of any doubt I do know a little bit about Japanese food ;)There is no way on earth that 5 battered prawns should cost close to 20 Euro. You could get a full meal of prawns for that on the mainland. Secondly the rolls and fish were of good quality but not so earth shatteringly amazing that each portion of rolls or sashimi (wafer thin) should cost another 20 Euros a pop each. The place has a good location and is well set out and presented. I get the strong impression it serves as a way of sucking hard cash from the Russian high rollers who want a bit of class in their restaurant. If you are a mortal being with a very mortal bank balance I would leave well alone and save your desire for sushi etc until you are back in the land of the normal

We visited Narumi during our stay at the Hard Rock. Having stayed at the HRH in Orlando earlier this year I was a little sceptical as it took a while to get things right there (shared fryers, no suggestion to cook separately, shop lacking in any type of GF food). Narumi being the cuisine it was felt like it might have been off the grid for us but I met with a server anyway to go through possible options for our 10 year old daughter. Brenda explained the subtle changes they could make to starters & mains, and was ever so informative and clued up (cooking in clean pans etc). My daughter had the rice noodles for starter with chicken, GF soy sauce and some rice crackers. Main she had Tuna sushi!The portions are quite big so sharing may be an idea. We was so full but our waiter had said he was sure another restaurant in the hotel had a GF chocolate & almond cake for our daughter. Low and behold it arrived and was amazing. Very similar to the Daim and Toblerone cake but nevertheless so good we had a 2nd portion sent to the room Every restaurant needs a Brenda! Firstly, the service here is wonderful, as it is across the whole hotel. We opted for the tasting menu and each dish was explained wonderfully. I'm gluten free and this was no bother for the staff at all, who made the few small necessary changes for me with no bother, and I heard other diners with dietary issues being catered for with ease as well. I appreciated the drinks recommendations, and I had barely thought 'I wish I had brought a cardigan" when I was offered a beautifully soft blanket!The food itself was gorgeous- standouts included a clam ceviche with flying fish roe and a melt in the mouth tuna sashimi. Everything is plated beautifully and delicious. At â¬55 a head for the tasting menu I felt it was very good value too, especially if you have the hotel resident discount. Fantastic restaurant the food is excellent service is first class the staff are so friendly and really can't do enough for you . If you are staying any where near this restaurant you should definitely eat there you will not be disappointed. Also I personally would like to thank the staff there on our first visit for all their help as unfortunately my wife had a nasty accident and they were brilliant and I will point out none of the incident had any thing to do with the restaurant or staff .

This has become our 'go to' restaurant when we want a decent curry. A bit more expensive than other Indian Restaurants in the area but well worth paying that bit extra for great food and service. Opt for the inside tables as outside is a bit basic.
