Reviewed By Luis BEastgate spoils me in every visit, taking care of my needs (delivering parcels, airport rides, money exchange, getting me a pedicure and more) so after half a dozen visits it's my second home. An affordable boutique hotel with pool, delicious breakfast and food and nice and clean rooms, free wifi. Come try it. Conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport.

Reviewed By Mark FThe staff at the Perriman are a credit to the guest house. Super friendly and always on hand to help out and cater for anything you require. Mr Senyo and Eric were especially helpful with Mr Senyo going above and beyond his role as the Guest House Manager. Location of the property is a bit out the way but again the guys at the hotel are more than happy to drive you around to anywhere you want to visit. If it’s your first to Ghana I’d highly recommend the Perriman. They will take very good care of you. Only con I can think of is the variety of food in the Menu. If your from the west it doesn’t cater for what you’re used too. The food on offer is nice though.

Great Location
Reviewed By simsid2014Tribeca Hotel is located in East Legon at the end of Lagos Avenue linking Pawpaw street. The hotel is cool with few rooms but need to really upgrade. The management needs to step up there game. Breakfast is so poor, I advice you to ignore because it will get u angry. We did not really enjoyed our stay because they kept hitting the wall of the room beside us with heavy noise in the name of renovations of rooms. I wonder why the hotel was not short down for few days to carry out its renovations rather than disturbing the peace of his guest. My wife developed serious migraine during our stay, because the hotel management refuses to yield to our complain. Will rate hotel 2/5. They can be better.

I was robbed by their friendly staff
Reviewed By AbenaOMGyekyeThe hotel certainly deserves a 4 star rating based on amenities and staff efficiency, however I feel it’s my duty to inform the public of the series of thefts I and my colleagues were subjected to. We flew into Accra and stayed at Roots for 3 nights. On my second night there, I was robbed of 50 cedis from my hand bad after my room was cleaned by the staff. My colleague had 200 cedis taken from her wallet. The amounts were small enough to make you doubt they were missing. Unfortunately for the Roots staff, I had JUST gone to the ATM the night before my room was cleaned the next day and knew exactly how much was in my purse. When I informed the receptionist, she offered to reimburse me from her own pocket by paying for my Uber/Bolt. I told her that while that was kind, it was not her responsibility and did not solve the problem. I asked for the managing director’s contact and she refused to give it. This set alarm bells off for me. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice, but they have sticky fingers. You can’t have a peaceful stay knowing your possessions are not safe should you leave the room, even for breakfast.

The hotel staff and manager were kind and helpful. The food was very good (they have the best fried fish in Accra). The rooms are big and very clean.
