You will be taken on a full day wine immersion trip, by your own personal qualified, wine guide, to discover the wines of Ronda and the fascinating people behind these well-structured, full bodied wines. This is a unique experience to discover the wines of Ronda, at the hands of a local wine expert. Your wine guide is DipWSET qualified to level 4. You will taste some 6 to 8 wines throughout the day and enjoy local tapas to accompany them. Your wine guide will inform you about the history of the area and the rebirth of wine in Ronda over the last 30 years. All wineries in the Ronda area are maunally harvested and use low intervention wine making techniques. Should you wish to explore Biodynamic wineries in the area we can also organise that for you. Please note we work with most of the wineries in Ronda, the itinerary shown is just an example. The choice of wineries will vary depending on availability.
