I loved the open-air van and the smaller group of people on the tour--in fact, they ran the tour for just my husband and me. Our guide, Charles, was very friendly and professional and shared good information with us. He was also a careful driver. It was a great overview of Miami and Miami Beach. There were two stops--Little Havana and Wynwood Walls. One extra stop might have been nice to break up all the driving. I could have done without all that driving around in Miami Beach. Maybe stop there and let us walk around and explore the beach area for 20 minutes? But that is just a small recommendation. We were very pleased with the trip and the value.

1. The confirmation said to expect a blue bus and stated "Miami to Key West service will be provided by "XCURSIONS USA" and buses will have these markings on the sides, all buses are Blue". It then said "For any additional tours, buses will have different markings, just expect a bus driver calling your name." It was our understanding that this was a bus to Key West and not an additional tour. 2. The bus on the trip to Key West was crowded with most seats taken (no social distancing). The bus was dirty, a number of the seats didn't work (could not lock upright), and the air conditioner condensation dripped on our heads. 3. On our return, we were told that the bus had broken down and we were offered a passenger van to go back to Miami. Actually the van was an improvement over the bus but was still cramped. XCursions response was a 10% refund and the statement that "unfortunately due to the Covid19 pandemic we are forced to partner with other local companies as there is not enough passengers to run this tour every day." Unacceptable!

DO NOT USED THIS COMPANY-EXCURSIONS USA First of all the confirmation states to expect a double Decker I paid to be seated in the upper Decker because the lower deck was sold out so I thought it be perfect to be seated on the second level because of covid to be separate from the sold out tickets on the first level and the salesperson said that the tour bus can only take half of 80 because of covid so their are excepting 40 people on this tour.. When the bus arrive it was not a double Decker and it was not a blue bus at all, I had ask that i paid for upper Decker and where is the blue bus the tour lady responded that it was in maintenance and that I needed to call the office I will be refunded that amount that I overpaid for the upper deck price.. So once I got back from the trip and email the excursions USA they responded some nonsense of what the website said when purchase.. and not issuing the difference that I paid for the upper deck. Don't trust anything the tour person say about what to expect.. it was very disappoint No one was following Covid to wear the face mask and people were sitting in front of me and behind me. The bathroom can not be used because it didn't work. the Seats were dirty and the WiFi was not working in the USB above the seats and the ac was not running cold. Never again will I used this tour company for anything and they are unprofessional customer service that don't care to have a satisfied customer to return they just don't care.
