RED SEA DIVE CENTER has been formed to offer this alternative since its establishment in 1992 and continued to provide a unique diving & accommodation activities and now we are proud that we opened the New Red Sea Dive Center on the South Beach of Aqaba where we offer a full range of services like accommodation, swimming pool, kids pool, restaurant and diving.
There is no receptionist almost all the day , and when we asked for extra bed the owner canceled our reservation and told us that he prefer to search for another place with a rude attitude, and there is a bad smell in front of the place plus the dust all over the place , and no hygiene.

Very pleased with my choice of hotel in Aqaba. The room was excellent, with a great shower and having a balcony was nice. The gentleman on the front desk (Ibrahim) was incredibly helpful. I arrived several hours early for check in, but he got a room ready for me very quickly anyway and brought me a coffee while I was waiting. When I arrived, he guessed my name without needing to check the computer, and recalled an enquiry I'd sent. Clearly had looked ahead at the guests arriving that day - things like this show someone who values good service. I asked if it was possible to get a PCR test in Aqaba (required for travel to Israel), Ibrahim made a phone call and someone from a testing lab was at my room within 10 minutes. Aside from one of the ridiculously over-priced resorts in Aqaba, you won't find a better place to stay, and certainly not for the price.

We were super happy with our whole stay at the moonrock camp. Mamdouh, our guide, picked us up at the rest house. We spent two nights in the camp, and did a half day jeep tour in the red desert area which was great, a bit touristy but awesome places and rock formations to see. On the second day we did a full day tour to the red/white part... There we barely see any other tourists, the views were fantastic and mamdouh explained and talked a lot with us. He speaks very good English and is a fun guy. He also cooked lunch for us in the desert which was fantastic. The camp was also great. There are Bedouin tents, you have light in the mornings and evenings. They cooked tradional dinner in a "sandhole" for us. We had a lot of tea, sat at the fire and enjoyed also the evenings

Net hotel. Fijne bedden.

On a side street, so much noise (maybe because of Ramadan) but the last time I looked at my watch it was 4 am and I was still awake: talking outside, cars hooting and revving, it was impossible to sleep. The broken window allowing the air conditioning extraction didn't help. Sound was magnified. On the plus side, the sheets were clean and the air conditioning worked. First time I've had a kettle and mugs in a room and no tea/coffee/sugar/milk. Bring your own. Described on Booking.com as a hotel, inside it says MOTEL. Ah well, it was cheap but a few JD mire I could have had a night's sleep.

I have posted a photo of my review that wasn't allowed on booking.com for some reason . . . . Also its says breakfast is included. . . . I have seen or heard of any breakfast since being here. Rude staff. Half built and still building into all hours of the night. For more info look at attached photo. We are moving hotels in the morning.
