Reviewed By IFeetWe arrived at this hotel around midnight for a one night stay. The provided self-check in details were clear and easy to understand, and the room was nice and cold (in the midst of a heatwave). Though small, it was perfect for a one night stay for two adults with a bag each, and the bathroom was clean also. The room was very quiet, even though located near a motorway, and highly suitable for our needs.

Reviewed By M592EWjonbWe stayed for 1 night en route from Spain to England. A nice rare treat to find tea ,coffee & a kettle in the room. Lovely tasting food, but it arrived suspicious ly quickly & it wasn't very hot. What really made our stay were the lovely friendly staff,especially Anna. She looked after us very well & we spent a long time chatting & practicing our language skills over a glass of the local chateau chevigny wine,which was excellent. We will definitely stay here again & hopefully spend more time in Blois.

B&B in great style near Blois
Reviewed By FHN21We found the place on the internet. We were looking for a quiet and different place close to the autoroute between Tours and Orleans. It is a bourgeois style house originally from the 18th century, redone in the 1930s and recently refurbished and modernised. Four bedrooms are rented out as Bed & Breakfast. We had reserved the east room which is overlooking the brand new swimming pool which they hope to have running in March 2018. The common rooms; lounge, living and dining rooms are very tastefully furnished and give a warm, home-away-from-home feeling. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. Since we were the only guests that night we were offered a glass of wine and some tidbits. The room was equally well furnished with a wonderful, new double bed, a writing table, a coffee machine and a water heater (for tea). The bathroom and toilet has been renewed with taste and the shower stall is more than large enough for a grown man. I was particularly impressed with the speed of the internet which I measured to 12.8 Mbps down and 1 Mbps up. No problem streaming TV on my iPad, but the room had a brand new flat screen TV.

Reviewed By edhimalFrench chambre d'hotes have almost never disappointed us. But sometimes we end up in unforgettable places like this. The house has been very nicely restored and beautifully decorated. We stayed in room Hermine. Very spacious with windows on 3 sides. Delicious breakfast served by the owners. They provide you with all the information you need and can make reservations in restaurants if you want. Highly recommended!!!

Very Pleasant B&B
Reviewed By RichCHLe Clos Fleuri is a very nice B&B. The rooms have been carved out of a former barn by the current owner, who lives a few yards away in the main house. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. They do not have air conditioning (although the skylight opens), so staying during very warm months could be problematic. The included breakfast was delicious. The owner is very pleasant. One word of caution when trying to find this hotel...........there is no sign on the street. In fact, the steel gate to the yard/parking lot is kept locked. It was almost an accident that we found the site. Our GPS said that the address must be at the corner, but without a sign or a house #, we were lucky that the owner happened out at the time we arrived.

A aimé · La sympathie de cindy la propriétaire, Son accueil et la propreté des lieux. Presque tout y est, (serviettes de toilette, verres, pantoufles..) nous avons juste regretté ne pas avoir trouvé du gel douche/shampoing nous l’avions oublié ! La cuisine en espace commun finalement c’est top! Nous avons rencontré un adorable couple avec qui nous avons échangés sur nos visites ..! Petit dej simple mais très bon, avec un excellent café! ;-) N'a pas aimé · Le lit en 140 mais on s’accommode pour une nuit, ça rapproche ;-)

Reviewed By kristina201411We booked this hotel as a start point for the visiting castles of the Loire Valley. But... This place good only for one night stay. First of all, it was hard to find the way to the hotel. that feeling, when you see the sighn of the hotel, but can't find the way to get close to it by car... And the smell in the rooms...
