Cozy pension house with friendly onwers
Reviewed By PezzliWe stayed for 3 nights on extended weekend in May with my wife and 15month old son. This pension house is very nice place to stay and relax. It is well located for your daily trips to surrounding towns and magnificent nature. It offers clean spacious rooms with kitchenette, in-door swimming pool, sauna, trampoline, table tennis and other equipment for your comfort. It is baby and kids friendly with lot of toys to freely play with. The biggest pro is friendly and pleasant owners, open-minded and ready to help and serve. We definitely recommend to stay and enjoy your time in Patriot Pension house.

Czysta, miła, dobrze wyposażona, choć bez przesadnych luksusów. Zwierzolubna.Fajny i bezproblemowy prowadzący ten interes. 25m na wprost od chatki, knajpka z małym co nieco i pysznym piwem. Okolica boska. Polecam na rowerowe i piesze wypady.

It’s near the train station, the receptionist asked us what we prefer (if darker room or lighter, smaller or bigger), the reception is not working 24/7, but there is a night entrance - working only with the hotel card. We didn’t like the restaurant there. Breakfast was delicious. The lady in the morning was so nice and smiling all the time. If we will go to this city one more time, we will definitely stay here in this hotel. Recommend! Moc jsme si tu uzili nas pobyt. Hotel je pobliz nadrazi, coz je výhoda. Recepcni se nas ptal na otazky typu, jestli chceme světlejší nebo tmavejsi pokoj, vetsi nebo mensi - coz jsme ocenili. Recepce nefunguje 24 hodin , ale ma boční nocni vchod, ktery funguje s kartou od pokoje. Moc nam nechutnalo v restauraci…snidane byly vyborne a slecna na ranni smene byla velmi prijmna.

Reviewed By teuffelchenWir waren mit einer kleinen Gruppe dort. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sehr sauber. Moderne Dusche . Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück mehr als üppig und nicht zu schaffen. Nur wenige Minuten zum Markt.

Reviewed By AteBateI’ve been there a few years ago and again a month ago, staying for couple of nights. Rooms are fine, clean, but nothing special. Breakfast is ok, self service, but there is always something missing. One morning there is no cheese, another morning no salami and so on. For lunch they usually have three different dishes, all in “czech” style. Everything I tried was very delicious! There is only one thing I really don’t understand-how come that receptionist, young guy, doesn’t speak a word in English?? It is really hard to communicate using only hands :)

Breakfast is a rip-off! Horrible.
Reviewed By Brett SWe each paid 100 Czech crowns for breakfast, but we got no food! There was only juice, tea, and coffee. When we complained and demanded our money back at the reception desk, they said they couldn't give us our money back. They said they had to talk to management and figure things out. Another example of poor Czech customer service. People in this country can't keep blaming all the years of communism for this. If you look at their neighbor, Slovakia, this country went through the same thing, but is now known for much better customer service and better treatment of tourists.
