At request, the host will provide good homely food also. Very cooperative and warm hosting by Wind Valley. Parking space is available too. Altogether a nicely designed space to spend quality leisure time.

Salaams Raama is located at Thekkady ,Ramakkal, Kuruvikkanam a hill. We offers unique holiday experience for singles, family and kids with lots of nostalgic and earthly experience. We have rural farms, farming practices ,livestock, poultry ,Cuisine and textile.

Reviewed By linantonyOne of the most memorizing places I have ever been to. The location is very beautiful and for all those who love nature at it's purest, this is the place to be. The property is spread across a vast landscape. The rooms have been kept clean and tidy. Furthermore, there are different themed rooms to suit your eco experience. A special shout out to the staff there as they are super friendly and hospitable. Now coming to the variety of food they serve, all authentic Kerala dishes are available here. Although there are just few places to visit nearby, this property in itself has a lot of activities that can keep one occupied for the day. All in all, easy to reach, splendid location, and friendly staff are the highlights of the place.

Although the concept is interesting, i would define it in disrepair and abandoned, very solitary, best served by a jeep with driver, to bring you up and down in case of lack of food it other amenities ... Basic stay, i would define this as luxury tenting

Excellent homestay
Reviewed By aathishgopanMarottickal homestay is very near to Ramakkalmedu and easily accessible through public transport.The rooms are very neat and clean. It was a wonderful experience here with my friends. The main attraction was the unlimited food they provide at reasonable cost. Facility for campfire and DJ are also available here. I give full marks for their service. I haven't experienced such a good service from any other homestays. Chetan and chechi were so friendly and caring. They also provide jeep safari packages at reasonable cost and the driver Binu chetan was so friendly with us and explained well about all the places we visited. I strongly recommend you this homestay once you are visiting Ramakkalmedu.
