It is the worst! The hotel staff is rude and belittling and unprofessional
Reviewed By nbusinesstravelI filed an official complaint about the reception staff! They were laughing at my daughter who came in in a storm at night and kicked her out because she looked too young. Never even checked her license! She drove 5 hours home in a storm in a middle of the night and they charged for the stay. When I called to get a refund, they hung up on me multiple times and never addressed the issue. Their idea of customer service is non-existent! I travel a lot for business and have seen a lot, but this is unforgivable!

Reviewed By annataylor45301Conveniently located close to the interstate but far enough away so as not have the noise. Within steps of a popular chain restaurant for dinner. Though showing some wear, the room was clean and comfy. It’s someplace we’d stay again.

Reviewed By Leeny48Very nice hotel, especially for the price. It was clean and I am picky. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. Nice TV, fridge, and sitting area. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff is helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the patron next to us was smoking pot, which seeped into our room. This was not the hotels fault, and how rude of that guest. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We are 7 miles from Historic Downtown LaCrosse. We welcome students, their families and anyone coming to visit one of the local colleges in LaCrosse; UW-L, Western Wisconsin Technical College or Viterbo University. Outdoor enthusiasts will always have plenty to keep them active from hiking Hixon Forest or Snowmobiling on one of several groomed trails maintained by local clubs. Its our pleasure to take you to and from the LaCrosse Regional Airport in our free shuttle service for your convenience. We also provide transportation to and from the LaCrosse Amtrak Station as well. Our accommodations also offer free Wi-Fi, parking and hot breakfast.
New and comfortable
Reviewed By Hallie ROur stay here was just one night, but we found the room and pool area and breakfast to be comfortable and fun and filling. Unfortunately, our room didn’t feel like it was cleaned thoroughly enough, as we found some garbage wrappers under our coffee table, the table had a stain on it that could have been wiped off, and the washcloths weren’t folded, so felt like they were just hastily tossed in the corner of the bathroom counter. The breakfast felt understaffed as there were a lot of people waiting for the hot food and coffee to be refilled, but the food and coffee was good. The beds were comfy and the pool was great.

Reviewed By Lory BEverything was adequate. Location good, by freeway, close to Walmart. A bunch of National Guards staying here too. Breakfast adequate. Friendly check in person. Would stay here again. Pet friendly. Said "no smoking" but reeked of cig's.

Goats, llamas, puppies, kittens, pigs, cows, sheep and more-with babies born every year-Rainbow Ridge is a must stay and play for the family of animal lovers.

Reviewed By Pastor Joyce GThis was a fun B&B! The hostesses, Cindy & Donna, were both lovely, but probably the best part of the stay was the animals on this hobby farm, esp the goats and their kids! The evening before our arrival we were told there were 35 going goat yoga there! Besides the goats there are some donkeys, pigs, chickens, guinea fowl, turkeys, dogs and cats. The farmhouse was clean and our room was very cheery and comfy. B'fast was just right! We had a number of choices, but chose the fruit & yogurt parfait, the fresh baked good (which on this day was a cranberry & orange scone), a boiled egg, fresh juice and hubby had tea as well. It was a delightful place to stay! We had excellent internet too. Do note: no TV in the room, but that was fine with us. We appreciated the guest frig which also had freezer space so we were able to freeze our ice blocks before continuing. Highly recommend for something fun and out of the ordinary!

Reviewed By JasonKRoxWe have 3 children and been in car all day. Main reason we stayed pool open late and soundproof roof. We checked shortly after 8pm. No joke. Seriously no joke. Not even 15minutes on the 3rd floor We got a noise complaint! Front desk called. Boys were having fun running in room and just being happy out if car. Pool is extremely cold! Wooden sub floors. U can hear doors shutting all night. Front desk lady's however were the friendliest and best! Beds were great! Missed breakfast bur they let the boys eat cereal. I probably might be back.. but may try somewhere different.

Reviewed By WCMarengoA “rural” style motel. The outside appearance is old but the rooms are quite nice. The rooms are spotless and nicely furnished. Also, they are surprisingly and pleasantly quiet. But they are dark, meaning the lighting is poor and little daylight due to small windows.
