Reviewed By granch1935we were there for my daughters softball tournament. hotel was nice and clean. friendly staff. clean rooms. girls loved the pool and hot tub. we really enjoyed our weekend. only draw back was that maybe could have had a little better breakfast slection.

Reviewed By mfelix162We were very impressed with our stay at the Hampton Inn. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were very nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable as well. The rooms were equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was great with plenty of food available.We will definitely return.

Reviewed By MarticaP13Very convenient location to interstates and shopping and restaurants. Room was clean, big and comfortable. Not a luxury hotel but very comfortable and quiet. Walmart is walking distance so getting some groceries for the room was great. I would certainly stay there again.

Reviewed By mmccar708468We checked in on Friday, May 6, 2022. We needed a luggage cart to take our items, luggage & cooler to our room, as my husband is a disabled veteran. We were told that the cart was just taken and should be returned soon. SERIOUSLY? There was only 1 luggage cart for the whole hostel? Yes…this is what we were told. We were there because my step- mother had just passed away, and it was conveniently located near the Sunset Funeral Home. We had a lot of items with us, and were forced to make 3 trips from the car to our room, in order to transport everything we needed to our room because the luggage cart was never returned. The same thing happened upon checkout. Additionally, when we entered the room we were originally assigned on the 5th floor, the TV was on (loudly), the couch cushions were scattered about, and every dresser drawer was wide open. (Not to mention the hallway was overrun by cigarette smoke, and was obviously not air conditioned). We were then reassigned to a room on the 6th floor. (Never mind how exhausted we were from our 9 hour trip we had just made from NC to OH and it stormed for mostly the entire trip) This room had a couch in it that was so dirty, we had to ask for a sheet to put on it just so we could sit on it (room 625). Fortunately, the 6th floor did not reek of cigarette smoke, so we just took it. The next day, I turned my dirty towels in to the room attendant that was servicing our floor, but was informed that she did not have any towels to replace them with on her cart. She then told us we should be able to get them from the front desk. After attending the funeral, when we returned to the hotel and asked for towels from the front desk, we were told they were all out of towels. WHAT? NO LUGGAGE CARTS AND NO TOWELS? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So no shower that night, but we did get some the next day. GRRRR! I am so disappointed that our trip to OH to pay our final respects to my step-mother was tainted by such shoddy accommodations. I never in a million years would have expected this from a Radisson Hotel!

Reviewed By Wand24Love the look of the place, pricing was reasonable with the stay and fly package. Shuttle service was fast. The staff were super nice and helpful. The pool was great. I like the variety of food they have available in the lobby. The bar was cool and there is a restaurant next door where you get a discount off your meal through the hotel. My room was clean. The only thing that I didn't care for was the cloudy glass window between the shower and bedroom. If someone used the bathroom at night, then the lights shined into the bedroom area.

Tired and Noisy.
Reviewed By Juan GI picked this hotel for the proximity to customers I was in town to visit. As a Gold member they checked me into a first floor ADA room. It smelled like old people and/or a nursing home room. Went back to the front desk, but the agent said she didn’t have anything else. A couple of hours later I went back and there was another agent Anne or Annette (I can’t remember) who was extremely nice throughout my stay, and moved me to a higher floor room. Same smell. It’s either the carpet or the linens, but it was not pleasing at all. The room faced the highway and had a sliding door to a balcony. The noise at night from the traffic kept me up. The only good thing about this hotel was the second agent I dealt with. This place needs a serious update. Until then, I won’t be back.

Reviewed By B2796YHvanessasThe hotel was beyond accommodating to myself being I'm a travel nurse. Everything was very clean and they used every measure to ensure covid precautions ate met. I worked the night shift they always made sure I was able to get rest for work. Jess and the staff was just beyond amazing and always went about and beyond to make my stay perfect. Dishes and clean linen. I highly recommend this hotel not only for the traveler but for families.

So-So Stay
Reviewed By vcee2017My husband and I recently stayed in this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we stayed in room 151. Note*The hotel is VERY pet friendly.* The staff was very nice and helpful. The hall ways are a little dark and kind if small and there was a strange smell in the halls as well, but you could stand it. Our room was mostly clean, however, the sink had some leftover food and our bath tub did not look clean and we refused to use it. The bed was very comfortable. Also, due to the COVID guidelines, breakfast was not served at all, and we were told once we arrived. The hotel is in a very good area. Other hotels, Hampton Inn, Sonestra and Radisson are close by along with numerous places to eat and shop. Also, please be careful of your surroundings and people. My husband and I checked out and as we were leaving and a man, standing by the hotel, smoking a cigarette, asked if we could drive him into downtown! My husband promptly said no and that we were leaving! We were unsure if he was staying at the hotel. There are many forms of transportation. I would have given this more stars, but due to leftover food, a dirty bathtub, and being charged for a breakfast we did not receive, I gave less stars. Overall, this could be a good stay for some, so-so for others. We may be back in the future, but in the meantime, we will probably stay elsewhere.

The Extra Mile
Reviewed By MatthewHurd888I needed a room for an extended stay of at least a week--on short notice. I made the right choice with the Camelot Inn for a few reasons, the first being Alvina the manager. Her stellar customer service, effective communication, combination with efficient, professional and conscientious hospitality was a model of going the extra mile. My stay at the Camelot Inn was quiet and pleasant at a reasonable rate. Weary travelers shouldn't drive extra miles. I recommend the Camelot Inn, whose manager Alvina goes the extra mile for customers. Thank you, Alvina.
