Excellent Hotel & Friendly Owner
Reviewed By SubizzI stayed in the hotel in the month of Sept 2018 with a group of six friends for our bike tour of Germany. Rooms are excellent, very clean with all modern amenities. Owner of the hotel is very friendly and personally meets and greets all the guests. Hotel has a Indian restaurant "Ganpati" which serves variety of delicious veg and non veg dishes .

Reviewed By nassrins2022Wonderful hotel in an absolutely beautiful environment! Lovely rooms, great wellness and pool areas and lots to do!! The food was fantastic as were the amazing cocktails at the friendly and cosy bar with fireplace! Felt very comfortable and welcome with our 3 kids. And what really stands out is the quality of the staff - extremely helpful and friendly and motivated. We had a fantastic time and hope to come back soon!

Reviewed By Lord_of_the_pies2As part of a family biking holiday we stayed here for one night. Hotel is located at the bottom of the pedestrianised part of town so easily accessible. Staff were friendly and welcoming, room was clean bright and airy and the breakfast buffet was also very good. Highly recommended.

OK, nothing special, but OK
Reviewed By Frank_from_GRoom was cold when we arrived. I turned the control up to max. but it took several hours until it became warm. I didn't see radiators nor floor heating - no clue how it is heated. During the week there is construction noise from next door. Room, bed and bath room where clean and well equipped. Breakfast buffet had all I wanted and I was offered boiled eggs. I would recommend to avoid rooms #9 and #10 as their doors lead straight into the breakfast room. Car park is on the property, which is an advantage as there is no free parking anyway in the neighborhood. Good restaurants are in walking distance. I'd say an OK place for the money.

As good a guest house as you will find in this region
Reviewed By Annie GThis is a lovely b&b with welcoming hosts. It stands out from the other guest houses in this area which tend to have a more traditional chalet/mountain hotel style. The rooms a large, airy with modern and sleek bathroom fittings. We had a lovely garden view. It is located at the top of a hill, a few minutes walk from Murnau's Main Street. Set in tranquil gardens and filled with an eclectic mix of art it feels homely. The breakfast was excellent with a mix of fruit, cereals, breads, meats, cheeses. It also offers dinner on Saturdays and Wednesdays which we did on one occasion. The food is a mix of European cuisines and is really good. It feels like food the owners love to cook and that comes through in the eating. Other guests were also friendly and chatty adding to the atmosphere of the place.

Be careful what your booking
Reviewed By Doris MOn arrival we were shown our apartment for about 5sec then given a more expensive apartment in another location. No clean towels only when you ask for them, no breakfast on the premises as you have to travel to the other guest house to get that, apartment was never cleaned our whole visit which forced us to change accommodation. All in all what should of been a lovely experience for us turned out to be the worst.. Be very careful what you book and be clear about the apartment you are booking. The owner is very keen for your money with no value to his customers. Just be careful or better still book elsewhere.
