The Thai House Resort, a recently opened thai style bungalow resort, is located an easy 13 km drive south of Hua Hin in the very peaceful Khao Tao area. The Resort has 6 One Bedroom bungalows (sleeps 2 adults) and 3 Two Bedroom bungalows (sleeps up to 4 adults). Each Bungalow has an onsuite bathroom, and is equipped with aircon, wifi and an outdoor balcony area. Every guest at the Resort can enjoy mountain and pool views from the bungalows, and is within 600m of the nearby Sai Noi beach. The Resort offers free use of bicycles for local bike paths and to get to the beach. A complimentary vegetarian or Asian breakfast is provided every morning at the Thai style cafe that is located onsite at the Resort. Thai House Resort offers a nice garden and and a 20m lap pool. The reception can provide advice on the area in order to help guests plan their day. Popular points of interest near the resort include Sai Noi beach, Wat Tham temple and Rajabharki Park.

Reviewed By chuckyJellieWe had been looking at this resort for a while and decided to have a change of scenery from Hua Hin for one night. We had made enquiries in person and booked a poolside villa for the following week. When we inspected the room we were quiet impressed. There was a problem with the pool and the water had been drained so we were hoping it would be refilled for our overnight stay. We arrived and the security was very welcoming and helpful. Check in was easy. Our villa was gorgeous with a nice verandah overlooking the empty pool through to the beach view. There was only one other room taken so the resort was very quiet. Spent the afternoon on the beach with a swim in the ocean. The beach was empty and low tide. Beautiful spot. Had dinner in the restaurant the food was delicious then went for a short walk to the lake to take some photos of the memorial to the Late King all lit up. Staff were always around and the breakfast was very generous and tasty. I would of loved to spend more time here and to have the pool full of water. Maybe next time. Would happily spend more time here.

Very disappointed

We shown them our printed plan and gave them our idea of how we wanted to decorate their restaurant and they said they would emailed us back. Since then until now - they never replied to our email - phone call. We knows since then that they took our wedding ideas. Which I made specially for our wedding. IT IS REALLY RUDE - completely disrespectful And have been always rude to tell us that we should go to other restaurant if we wanted anything simple as just having Thai food at their restaurant in Thailand... we discussed the food menu for our wedding - and of course, they tried to only selling just German food. We were definitely open to pay for the venue rental as to be honest we are not massive fans of German food. They didn’t seem to support our ideas anyway. It would be great if someone with an open mind kind would take over this beautiful place and give it better management. It would be basic manners to simply contact us and tell whether they could accommodate us or not. Also their dog is very aggressive.
