Reviewed By KashmirXMy company put us up here for a week. The staff was helpful and friendly every time I interacted with them. My associates enjoyed the bar on n a regular basis. The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels daily. I would definitely use this hotel again when in the area. I was a bit disappointed to discover that I was charged for the Continental breakfast. It was only $9 for all I could eat. The property and parking lot were very well maintained. As a guest I felt safe and welcomed when on site.

Great Hotel Awesome View of Downtown
Reviewed By emmettlewis340Everyone at the hotel was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and the 9th floor view was outstanding. Adam at the valet parking was very accommodating he tagged and watched our bags while we attended meetings, he and Sabine were a pleasure to talk to and deal with the entire time, great breakfast too.

Reviewed By dennywendy41The room was not appropriately cleaned. The carpet and tile were quite dirty and the mattresses uncomfortable. The hotel is old with the room doors opening directly to the outside and the place needs a remodel.

Reviewed By 926kittylThe staff was very friendly. The property was clean, maintained, and conveniently located. My room was small but clean. There was a hot breakfast (I think the eggs were powdered though) and fitness center. The only thing that would have made this better would be an indoor pool.

Beware bed bugs, hair and blood stained sheets
Reviewed By M9360GCjonbPulled back bed spread, bed bugs, blood stains and hair on sheet. Immediately called office and receptionist stated: I'm pretty sure the sheet was changed today.. This is a rent by hour type hotel. Terrible, terrible place. Expedia tried calling to verify cancelation and office wouldn't pick up phone.

Not good
Reviewed By J3332MVderekmOther than the room cleaning people it was ok but they were rude and impolite my wife was in the shower and they knocked on the door I told them she was in the shower and not 2 minets later thay knocked again I told them we were checking out in the afternoon and then they got management to come back I would recommend not staying long
