Reviewed By David SThis is always my hotel of choice when in the area. Excellent and attentive staff. Restaurant serves varied and delicious food. We had troubles with Covid related issues and the staff were very helpful in trying to solve our problems. The location is superb too.

This is the ideal place for business and leisure travelers because of its proximity to the city center, business and administrative buildings, shopping and attraction areas. The hotel is quiet and cozy with an Italian restaurant, friendly and personable staff. There is a wireless internet connection, cable TV, AC, no smoking policy on the premises.

Reviewed By kerouacTmI stayed at Villa di Poletta for one night on my business trip and was pleasently surprised by the outstanding service, cozy and warm room and the great food in the restaurant. It is on a walking distance to the center of Dobrich and very convinient, providing free breakfast and parking. I highly reccommend it for your stay in town.

Reviewed By vkarovait was the perfect hotel for our business trip to Dobrich. Clean, great service, coffee machine available at all times, parking and fitness. The food in the restaurant is something remarkable. Chef Dimitrov, goat cheese was really delightful

Reviewed By KevinRenouprezHave seen this hotel in the centre of Dobrich. Thought it might be noisy being central and next door to a casino. Pleasantly surprised that it was quiet. Parking is close by. Rooms are huge. Breakfast a bit underwhelming. Nice staff great location. Sign out by 12 is nice

Reviewed By Lee JThis is a Hotel with restaurant surrounded by park woodland. The restaurant look clean and tidy and the decor is typical Bulgarian. Service can be a little slow and we had to send some side dishes back as they were cold. There was live music which was traditional Bulgarian folk type music which for us was way too loud and spoilt our dining experience. Food was also average in quality compared to other restaurants in and around Dobrich. We wouldn't return for his reason.

Reasons why we cancel booking with this Hostel
Reviewed By Just Another TWe wanted to spend 1 night in a hotel in Dobrich and made a booking with Izida 2. We came from bus station and discovered this places is located in an industrial zone, and literally inside a fabric, with no signs of hostel nearby, no hostel staff and no reception. Rooms are in a fabric bulding with nothing near (market, bus stop), we are not sure if they permit parking there. When we arrive, some people not from hostel called the manager, and told we must pay in Izida Park, another hotel very far away from Hostel Izida 2 in order to have our room. So decided to cancel this booking. Staff of Park Izida Hotel and people who helped us were friendly,

Reviewed By 220genekHaving been incorrectly refused exit by SWISSPORT BULGARIA checking in staff we did our homework .We were advised by the UK Government and UK BORDER FORCE operating from london that we were 1) allowed to enter UK without a PCR Test package ( which requires prepaid PCR test in the uk on days 2 and 8 ) as we were TRANSITING .the same day between 2 london airports . 2) we were ALLOWED to transit AIRSIDE and provided a letter from UK Track and trace confirming this. 3) SWISSPORT BULGARIA ,had badly misinformed staff that rejected our papers which also included a negative PCR TEST. WE COMPLAINED to Sofia airport who advised . It's not our problem as they are contractors working for SWISSPORT bulgaria . We requested they pass our complaint on to SWISSPORT Bulgaria as a sign of a problem that needs to be addressed. They advised its "not there practise to do so " Summary... Dont expect properly trained staff or help at Sofia Airport Bulgaria either from ground handling staff at check in or adequate controls to be in place to to rectify problems. Perhaps if you dont want to loose flight costs, cabs ,extra accommodation costs perhaps dont fly to Bulgaria!

Basic good value in centre
Reviewed By rdwootyThe rooms are basic but clean and the wet room is wet ! The breakfast is a limited choice but again value for money and well cooked. We arrived at 4am due to flight times from UK and there was someone to welcome us. Enjoyed a dinner in the restaurant and this was well cooked and huge portions. Overall we enjoyed our stay here as it was bang in the centre but very quiet .
