Quite nice for basic accommodations
Reviewed By Phil RFor being a basic hotel, this one is great! Breakfast was basic, but nicely varied with many thoughtful extra touches. The location is wonderful with the marina and many restaurants just a short walk away. Beds perfectly comfortable and the rooms were very clean. (We booked two.) We enjoyed the spa pool, too. Would recommend!

Our hotel is off US Route 6, five minutes from I-70. We within 30 minutes of ski areas at Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Breckenridge. The Lake Dillon Marina, park, and amphitheater are just a mile down the road, offering sailing, fishing, and summertime activities and entertainment. Enjoy mountain and lake views from our rooftop bar and restaurant.
Wonderful vacation spot
Reviewed By Maleis222We stayed here in late February for three nights. The service was perfect—very friendly and helpful folks at the front desk and breakfast area. We skied at Keytone, Vail and Breckinridge over three days— and this was the perfect location. This hotel is the jewel of Dillon! We are looking forward to booking a stay here in the Fall when the leaves are changing as the view is fabulous.

about as good as sleeping the car
Reviewed By CBAndrewBI wanted to camp out but could not find a legal place and it was 930 PM. I found a deal for $65 online but got charged that and $99. I'm waiting for that to be resolved. The place is very dated and lacks any ambience. I put my luggage and shoes on the dresser and glad I had no bed bugs. The staff were nice and you can't expect more from this run down property. If you're desperate and need a place to sleep, try it. If you seek a relaxing soothing experience, go elsewhere.

OK but always a lot of people coming and going
Reviewed By yangbnessStayed here during ski season - skied Keystone the next morning - this was a good jumping off point for that. It's the kind of hotel that families and groups stay at so expect lines to check in, lines to get food, lines for the elevator. Rooms are spacious but the bathrooms are dated. HVAC is thru a unit by the window so whomever sleeps near there is going to face the brunt of it. Parking is outdoors so if you are arriving in the winter, prep your vehicle accordingly. Breakfast is included but it's a small and crowded dining area and (though they do have a waffle machine). Given the clientele, expect noise at night. The elevator is not the biggest - so in covid times, you may need to wait a few turns. Lots of restaurants nearby and good access to the highway. Overall, great for 1 night as a stopover.

Reviewed By Catherine MThis was a lovely place-3 bathrooms new carpet. The staff was welcoming. We were with parents and enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The kitchen was fully equipped. We grilled outside. They had a propane grill and charcoal grill.

Dated hotel - there are better similar value hotels in the area
Reviewed By ecN9291UKThis is a dated hotel with thin walls. For the price I paid, next time I'll look for another in the area. The area around the hotel is not in a pleasant walking area. It is between a brewery and shopping plaza, a large road and other industrial buildings.

Reviewed By Diane SVery well kept condominium. Good lake views of Dillon lake and reservoir. Pool area under construction, but still useable. One hot tub down but other one working but jets are very poor. I am not sure if they will be replacing them with redo of pool area.

Just a condo
Reviewed By Christopher CThis place is not a resort in any way. It’s just a condo, and not a particularly nice one. Studio had a Murphy bed with an awful mattress and pillows that probably came with the original condo in 1978. No dishwasher and half size fridge. Hot tub could cause hypothermia.
