So clean! Our room was for 3 girl Boston adventure. It was very very spacious and seemed brand spanking new! The only downside is the commute to Boston. It is right near a bus stop and uber is about 15 to 20 into the city. It is very close to it airport. The staff was nice and helpful. Room was spotless. We didn't have our room cleaned but I think if you ask they do. Right next to a Walgreens. Pizza delivery. Room has fridge and microwave.

Stayed here from May 26-June 1 2022. Things I liked about this hotel: Location! Hotel is the first stop on the SL3 line after the airport. Also at the airport station, you can get on the subway Blue line and access the rest of the subway. Very easy to get around Room-We had a one bedroom suite that was pretty spacious. Full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and counter with 4 chairs to sit at. Sofa bed was good. King size bed was nice. Only real drawback was that the bathroom was inside the separate bedroom, so people sleeping on the sofa bed would have to go in to use it in the middle of the night. Breakfast-There were things I hadn't had at a free breakfast, like the jalapeño cheese soufflé. Also had spinach and Swiss frittatas and turkey sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. Different things on different days, so it was nice. Large breakfast area, so it was easy to spread out to eat. 24 hour exercise room Airport shuttle-although it is quite easy to get to the airport, it was nice to have a shuttle take you directly to the terminal and skip having to take the SL3 line to the airport station and transfer to the free airport shuttle that goes to all terminals. Things that were ok: Pool-There was a small pool, good mainly for aqua exercises, not actually swimming. The hours on the sign were 7AM-10PM, but it seemed to actually be 8AM-11 PM. Traffic noise-My room overlooked the intersection of the Chelsea Street Bridge and Eastern Avenue. There was a lot of traffic noise that got into the room since it was a high transit area with lots of buses. I was able to sleep through it, but light sleepers may not be so lucky. Things that were not good: Parking fee. I understand the reason as there's not much room so parking is at a premium, but honestly just roll it into the room price. Feels like you're being nickel and dime'd with a parking fee. Staff-The staff was very friendly, but some didn't necessarily inspire confidence. For instance, I said on check-in that I had a car parked for only one night and was given the appropriate parking pass that showed expiration after one night, but I was charged for parking all 5 nights. I thought I had it straightened out on check-out, but now that I am home I noticed the revised bill charged me for 2 night's parking. Also did not initially have housekeeping. I assumed it was COVID protocol, so I made a special request for a room refresh after 2 nights. When I got back to the room at night, it still hadn't been done, so I had to request again. It did get done after the second request, and actually was done every day after. Location-Even though this is ultimately a plus because of how accessible the public transit is and the proximity to the airport, there aren't any close restaurants or convenience stores. If you want a soda pop, water or snack, you have to get it from the front desk store. Overall: Nice clean hotel, great location. Would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed here for two nights to attend a graduation in the Boston Area .Staff was great on the phone, when i called them several times and great in person ! Hotel was very clean and rather new . We loved the room and the layout of the room that includes the full frig, counter, etc Parking was great and they have an overflow lot (they do charge 15.00 a night) It is across the street from Boston FBI HQ and I didn't feel any safety concerns I would stay here again and feel that i got my money's worth

We are off U.S. Route 1 and Massachusetts State Hwy 16. The Boston Logan International Airport is about four miles away and we provide an airport shuttle. Mystic Mall and Mystic Brewery are both less than a mile from us. Visit the Bunker Hill Monument only three miles away. Board room space is available for small meetings.
Room, including bathroom, was spotless. Weak spot of the hotel is breakfast. Just not enough staff to do the cooking, bus tables, and make certain that the buffet items remain stocked. Coffee dispensers sometimes empty during breakfast hours, and coffee was cold at (admittedly late night) check-in. Neighborhood becomes a little sketchy even a short distance from the hotel. It isn’t all that close to the airport, and the shuttle’s final daily run is 1:00PM. The staff is friendly and accommodating, so the “bones” are there to build on, and make things better.

I find this hotel expensive for what it is. Also noted that you basically pay extra for everything. What hotel doesn’t offer free parking? This place charges $25/night. I wouldn’t have booked here if I knew about this. Also, continental breakfast isn’t free like most hotels. They charge $12 for the buffet which is basically overpriced for bananas, orange juice and a slice of bread. I will not stay here again.

Hotel is too expensive for what you receive, the beds are not that comfortable. The sofa beds are useless, they are awful. The food for breakfast is bad. Powder eggs. They advertise an indoor pool and is broken and closed. Total waste of my money…..

All-new, smartly appointed hotel near Boston Logan International Airport, the Fairfield & Suites Boston Logan Airport Chelsea provides modern accommodations during your stay in the Boston-area.
The hotel and room were nice. The hotel felt very new as if it had recently opened or was renovated. There was plenty of space inside the room and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also nice and clean. We did have to call and ask for soap since there was none in our room upon arrival (which is odd during CoVid times) but soap was very quickly delivered to us. The hotel had a breakfast in the lobby and it was a pretty standard selection of breads, fruit, and yogurt. I was disappointed to see that there were not a lot of tongs and people were using this hands and some food was just left out in the open. People were not required to sanitize their hands or wear masks in the area where the food was. Our checkin experience was not great. We did arrive earlier than the check in time and the staff didn’t seem thrilled about it. They pretty much told us we could sit in the lobby and wait an hour or so before checkin started. We asked if there was anywhere in the area to go to walk/eat/shop and they told us there was a home goods and Starbucks nearby. They didn’t give us directions and we ended up googling them. We ended up going there to just wait it out until we could come back and check in. We were going into Boston that night for a show and it was easy enough to get in/out of Boston. It was a good place to stay for the night.
