The stay with Bosa and the family was amazing! They cater to your every need with an honest smile. The bamboo huts were very nice - simple but in the best possible way. The food was also on another level compared to other places we've stayed at during our trip - thanks Phoenix! I would also strongly suggest to take the floating market tour with Bosa - we loved it! 10/10

Very good location, with river view. Clean and confortable room. Nice dinner area with hammock to relax. Very nice familly, arranging everything, very helpful. I had the chance to have dinner with them on the second night there, we had a very tasty fish hot pot! Lovely time, I should have stayed longer. Highly recommended !

I only had one night since I had to get back to Saigon but would have loved to stay longer. The bungalow is in a big garden setting with lots of trees and flowers. There are a few bungalows spread out so you have privacy. My bungalow was really big and the bed as well. Everything was clean and the bed comfortable. A nice bathroom as well. There are a few food options close. I walked to the Vegetarian place and passed a few others on the way. The owner is really nice. Free coffee and water and use of the kitchen. My reviews are always based on value for money and the country in which the hotel is!

What a piece of paradise! It reminded me of staying in Malaysia and Indonesia in the 70s and 80s but more modern facilities. Huge beds with mosquito nets, separate clean toilets and showers, and hammocks amongst the coconut trees (as you look up at the coconuts and think how lucky you are, you can't help wondering - do these coconuts ever drop on people in hammocks!) But the best part was the hosts themselves, in their 60s, no English, but the warmest, friendliest people who settled us in with explanations and a coconut drink, then left us in peace, but later invited us to try fruit treats and banana wine with them outside in the evening. How was this possible with no English? Google Translate! This means it works with no Spanish, French, German, Russian, etc. We would really recommend a few days to just relax. They can help organize local tours if you want them. They organised our bus back to Ho Chi Minh city and insisted on taking us on their motorbikes to the main road and waited with us to make sure we got on the right shuttle bus to the terminal, meanwhile purchasing us some local fruits that we had never tried before. We will never forget our stay at Mini Mekong.

We booked two rooms for four guests for a 3 night stay through hotels.com. We received the confirmation through hotels.com. Check-in instructions said to contact them for checking in. Calls that morning to the telephone number provided went unanswered. Upon traveling to the listed address there was no homestay to be found--no building, no signs, and the road was blocked further down with a police barricade in a sign in Vietnamese that said "do not enter." We asked locals standing around but no one had heard of it or could tell us where it was located. We tried calling the number provided over the next 2 hours and it was never answered. We then contacted hotels.com and they were wonderful in their support but were also unable to contact the homestay. We found another place to stay in Tram Chim but continued to try to contact the homestay throughout the day--the phone was never answered. Luckily hotels.com we're able to refund our reservation, but it would be wise to avoid booking here. We ended up staying at the better Nha Tro Anh Kiet ($8/ night per room, AC, wi-fi, food available), visible from the park entrance and immediately to the right after crossing the bridge heading towards Tram Chim town; no English spoken but still helpful and attentive staff and acceptable, clean accommodations. It was not "riverside" but was conveniently located for park and town access.
