Fenwick Towers sits on a quiet stretch of beach just north of the town of Fenwick Island and south of Bethany Beach. Unwind on your own private oceanfront balcony or revive in our sparkling pool.
We have stayed in Fenwick Towers for the last 5 years and will be back again. The staff is awesome as is the beach. The condos are very nice. Highly recommend for a peaceful beach week. Close to OC, Bethany Beach and Rehoboth Beach.

908 Dover House in Sea Colony is a cheerful brightly decorated top floor condo with great views and sounds of the ocean. It is not fussy, but like a friendly hide-away atop of a high-rise. We loved sitting in the rocking chairs on the balcony. It is not fancy, but well appointed, clean and comfortable- and steps away from the pool and beach! We easily biked to restaurants and to the boardwalk. This unit is advertised as a 1 bedroom, but it has an additional loft suite with beds sofa and TV. We look forward to going back, and hope this unit is still available.

• Unit 202 is a boardwalk level. It’s 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and was perfect for our multigenerational family vacation. Aged 2 to 72, we all had fun. We walked to restaurants, to Funland and to Rehobeth Ave shops. We carried a play station and a Fire stick. The unit has basic cable and TV/monitors in each room. The pool was clean, no shortage of chairs, tables, umbrellas, shade or rest rooms. The lifeguard was always on duty and locked the pool for an hour’s lunch. For the beach, we rented an umbrella. The laundry room was convenient and the unit has a reserved parking space in the basement level. • Travelling with young children requires lots of stuff. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances, pots, utensils, etc. We ordered groceries online and had them delivered to the unit. Lots of closets in 2nd floor bedroom • Ramps and elevators access the unit. • We will return to this unit next year.

We rented a wonderful house in this community. We had teens so wanted somewhere they could walk and use facilities, take the shuttle back if they didn't want to stay long at the beach etc. The community is beautiful and very well kept. HOWEVER As far as the COMMUNITY... The Shuttle service was a pain. They have an ap but the busses were unpredictable and most times you had to wait at least 20 mins. Would suggest they either have more buses or during off season, include something in the ap that you could let them know someone was waiting at the shuttle stop. We tried to drive on the weekend to the beach but could not find parking. However once Monday came we had no problem finding parking, so we drove. You have to buy badges for each person for $40 per day to use the shuttle and the pool/tennis/gym. 6 came with the house but we had to buy 6 more. Most days we did not have any issues. They barely ever even checked them. 1 particular day we could not find 2 of the badges (teens were going on their own, and they toss them on counter, end up in pockets etc) Since we had purchased them a few days before and they kept the paperwork/receipt in the folder we didn't expect an issue. There was an elderly lady at the desk that refused to let us enter the facilities. When we explained that we had purchased the badges and they had it on file, she still refused, went and got the manager who then proceeded to tell us that we would have to spend another $40 for each of the 2 badges we could not find. We were leaving the next day and explained that they had record of our payment for 12 badges on file. She outright refused, and was rude. A homeowner of one of the houses overheard and stepped in to say that they were being ridiculous and that they have started treating even owners rudely . She then offered us the use of 2 of her badges and the manager said that was against the rules, and she still refused to let us in. We ended up finding one badge . The next day we went back and there was someone different at the desk, and they didn't check badges, and said they recognized us, and to have a nice day...So I suggest the association change this badge thing,...I would never go back if I had to play games with badges like this and be treated rudely!

The Inn at Rehoboth Apartments is family owned, located in the ocean block, a short walk to the boardwalk and Funland, and three streets away from Rehoboth Avenue. We have five apartments that can sleep anywhere from 4 to 16 people. Perfect for family reunions and religious retreats. We rent these apartments weekly, but can rent them daily with a minimum 3 day rental. We also have two apartments that we can rent out seasonally.
A greatly loved Inn that is perfect for those long and sandy beach stays! Roomy, eclectic and ONE short block from the boardwalk and beach! This isn’t your boringly basic modern day, contemporary stay. No, this place is home to rich, knotty wood lined walls, whimsical paintings and homey furnishings. APTS all have well stocked kitchens that are complete with pots, dishes and cutlery. Outside and inside showers, a convenient clothes line out back and a positively quaint walk up front porch. This inn has truly wonderful character and even if its classic style doesn’t immediately speak to you, it will definitely grow on you very quickly! Our family loved their stay here, we will be back! Thank you!

PET FRIENDLY Beautiful 2 & 3 bedroom beach apartments located just steps to the beach.Apartment A is ground leveland has a living room, full kitchen, dining room, Florida room, three bedrooms, bath and a half and a small deck off the back. New laminate flooring in the Dining room and Florida room.
I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our recent stay. From the initial call to find out more information about the apartments, all the way through check out, we had a wonderful stay at Rodney Dunes Apartments. Dell was so nice and helped out whenever she could, including offering to drive me to pick up our rental linens that were mistakenly delivered to another address. Our entire group thoroughly enjoyed the apartments and the fantastic one of a kind back yard. It is truly refreshing to see a property only feet away from the beach, stay true to the classic beach house vibes and offer a place to relax and unwind at a very reasonable rate. We hope to make this the first of many vacations to Rodney Dune Apartments and can’t thank Dell enough for making it a wonderful visit.

This is NOT a hotel, it’s a privately owned condo community. Each unit is owned individually and all ratings seen here are per unit. It has well maintained grounds and a beautiful clean pool and bathhouse. Gorgeous pond and peaceful fountains

We stayed here overnight on a weekend night. Our suite was large, comfortable, clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the linens and towels were nice. It had a minimally equipped kitchen which was missing some little things. For instance, there was a coffee maker, but no coffee, filters or even mugs. A couple of more significant gripes. There is no parking and worse there is no dedicated area to unload when arriving. The same cars were parked in the street front spaces in front of the property during our 24 hour visit. So if you are not in a cab and have lots of luggage be prepared to haul it to and from wherever you find parking. The other gripe is that there is an apparently long running elevator problem at the property. The suites are within a tenanted property and the residents had posted signs around the property urging fellow residents to complain to the listed property owners. This is a property with (I think) 11 stories and we waited 5 - 10 minutes each time we need to ride the one operational elevator. So in summary (absent the elevator problem) this is a good property with nice, comfortable rooms but it is more like you're staying in your friend's condo than a hotel.

We had a two bedroom condo which was 3 floors. The sauna was on the 3rd floor in the loft. It was a remodeled unit which was very nice. Washer and dryer was a convenient too. Lots of stairs to keep you in shape.
