Baguio, perched high in the Cordillera Central Mountains, is a great place to escape the heat of the Philippine lowlands. Camp John Hay, originally built as a recreation area for U.S. soldiers, now is a full-fledged resort complete with a world-class golf course. Definitely stop at the city market, where you can buy almost anything (just be prepared to haggle).

It took us a while to find the place because they pinned the wrong location in Google Maps but now it's fixed. Our QR codes were released immediately after submitting all requirements to Baguio Visita, very responsive. They follow health & safety protocols upon check-in and have a parking space for guests. The room was clean and same as advertised, it was surprisingly big for the 4 of us. Everything was provided. The room has a kitchenette with common utensils, electric kettle, refrigerator, dining table, TV, and a balcony. Walking distance to Burnham Park and many restaurants like Good Taste, Cafe by the Ruins, etc. Very accommodating and rates are affordable.

NEVER EVER AGAIN. We booked this hotel last minute because most of my relatives in Manila stayed in our family house in Baguio. When we got here THEY HAVE NO AVAILABLE PARKING SLOTS AT ALL for hotel guests. But when we went inside the parking we saw around 20 slots without cars. I understand that they have condo owners who paid for these slots, but if these owners are actively staying in the condos, the guard should have known their usual time of arrival to their houses. So what? At 2am they havent all arrived? If in case they are out of town, can’t they call the hotel guests to move their car. Some cars where even double parked? Why can’t we do the same? I CANT BELIEVE THEY WILL SACRIFICE the convenience of hotel guests. Dont make this a hotel if you cant give a proper hotel service. Mention in your website that you have LIMITED PARKING ONLY. It’s so unfair that we paid in full, then giving us false advertisement. Even the staff is not accommodating. The guard and front desk were even pointing fingers to each other on who will decide about the parking. The guard even said in Filipino that I should properly beg for parking. You’re in the hospitality business, good service should be automatic. Why would I beg for parking? I asked him nicely at first, then when I raised my voice he gave me a slot. If hotel guests are not part of your scope of work, then don’t make this establishment a hotel. That’s not even the end of it. The following day, our room lost power. Only our room! Around 3 personnel went in to check but nothing happened. They said the power might have been overheating but it seemed they are not sure. Then cannot provide an alternative room for us. No solutions at all. I’m shooting an event that’s why I was in Baguio and I cannot waste time dealing with the hotel’s incompetence. So we left after one night even if we paid for 3 nights. As usual, the “supervisor” that day still hasn’t arrange the refund. Don’t brag about relaxing stay and being warmly welcomed because that all didn’t happen.

Cedar Peak Condominium is a newly built property in the heart of Baguio City. Designed to give guests one of the best experiences while in Baguio. Situated in the city centre few steps to famous Session Road, the home of restaurants, shops and bars and one of the trade marks of Baguio for decades. The condominium is walking distance to Burnham Park, Baguio Cathedral, Night Market and SM Mall. It's one of the best places to stay while in Baguio.
Grossly overpriced motel style place. No privacy, paper-thin walls, cheap bedding. Reception was not welcoming. We could put up with a lot of inconveniences and issues if the hotel staff appears to make an effort, but the front desk staff was brusque at best. I ask to speak to the manager but he/she was currently in at meeting at 6pm. Disappointed in the quality of room and staff.

We were a rather large group, so we rented their 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. It was spacious enough for a group of ten. It was also very well-kept. The water pressure was good, although there were times when only cold water ran from the faucet and from the shower. They had a microwave oven, oven toaster, and coffee maker. The kitchen came complete with pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. WiFi signal was pretty excellent. The only thing we didn’t like was the ants! There were ants crawling under the mattresses, and for some reason they kept showing up every time we were about to go to bed. The guards/management were also quite strict when it comes to loud noise. They knocked on our door one night and told us to keep quiet (we were playing Jenga and Exploding Kittens). Our next-door neighbor told us that the guards (or whoever was in charge) even turned off their power supply when they failed to comply (they were most likely drinking and having fun). I guess this is really a bummer especially since people go there to have fun. I can guarantee that they went overboard with being too strict because none of us (including our neighbors) were that noisy.

not a good place to stay. no food for lunch and dinner available nearby. they serve breakfast but you have to wait until 10am because they are using one stove which is common by one big room near the kitchen. people are not polite and they will not entertain you if you have question.
