Penrhadw Farm is family run Guest House and holiday homes complex situated in the southern valley of the Brecon Beacons National Park.Established in 1997 whilst owners also running and developing a highly recommended hotel and restaurant in Merthyr Tydfil.
Our family of 6 stayed in Cottage 1 last week and I can’t praise the whole experience too highly. Our hosts Kath and Mike, together with all the rest of the staff, couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming. My wife Joan was born in the area and her brother lives nearby so the rapport was instant! The cottage was warm and comfortable and was well provisioned when we arrived. Breakfast was first class with plenty of choice. There was plenty of parking and you’re in easy walking distance of 2 pubs. Thank you for a lovely stay! Joan & John

Clean, modern, comfortable, fluffy towels, breakfast was absolutely brilliant and can see why it was so busy but service wasn’t affected and received breakfast in really good time, plenty of parking, we had everything we would need and really liked a few little touches the owners had added, made us feel really valued. We arrived a bit later than initially thought but was greeted by the friendly owner. The accommodation offered really good value for money and will certainly be back when visiting the brecons.

On a one night business stay. Received a lovely welcome and room was spotlessly clean and very well presented. Had a good bar meal that evening and then an amazing breakfast the next morning. Couldn’t ask for anything more, definitely recommend.

Quirky, nice place, in a great location. Walking distance from the mountain railway and driving distance from Breacon Beacon. Well, it is located on the edge of the national park. Our host was great, friendly, they left some treats for our dog and cakes for us on arrival,he gave us a day tour description what we have followed, it was just amazing. We will definitely return. ?✌️??

Taff Trail Bunkhouse are two newly refurbished bunkhouses located on a working farm on the well known cycle route of the Taff Trail. We booked the 2 bunk houses for 8 guys and found the accommodation perfect for our stay, clean, warm with a bike lock up etc etc Very close to Bike Park Wales, great hosts and ideal for walking to the local pub The Angel which where we were welcomed and watched England vs Wales in the Six Nations Thanks to the hosts for putting up with us lol
