The cottages are simply designed and perfectly kitted out. Nicely spaced apart providing each unit with privacy. The swimming pool provided respite from the heat. The bird hides were well maintained and well positioned for great bird viewing. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will be returning this winter.

A cosy coffee shop well located in the main street of Laaiplek. Serves fresh home baked cakes with a variety of light lunches. Breakfasts are just delicious at affordable pricing. Whilst there browse the adjoining rooms for arts and crafts. Worthwhile stop over when visiting the West Coast area and the venue is easily identifiable by the painted murals done by the owner artist.
We stopped here for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem. The house and gardens were full of inspirational quotes and entertaining signage, giving character and charm to the eating areas. The serving staff were delightful and chatty. The food was excellent - well presented, delicious and ample portions. Great value for money.
