This is a wonderful park. A walk around the small lake is invigorating -- lots of birds, turtles sunbathing on rocks, and other wildlife. You can also enjoy the swimming pool in summer, the picnic pavilions, tennis courts, soccer fields and open spaces.

We are a classic 2 screen drive-in theatre, celebrating 60 years of movie memories "Under the Stars". We are the only drive-in theatre still operating in the Northern Va/DC/MD metro area. We offer classic car speakers, a playground for children, special events through out the season. Movies projected in High Definition Digital, stereo 5.1 surround sound if you use a car radio. Full service concession stand, offering hot meals to standard theater snacks. Double Feature movies of current or new movies are our standard offering, but we do triple and dusk to dawn shows as well. We are PET FRIENDLY-- so bring your dog(s) to the movies!
We drove 3 hours round-trip for this theatre and it was well worth it! It was such a fun experience for us and our children to see an outdoor movie during the pandemic. The employees are very friendly too! My children loved the experience and I can't wait to go back. I'll be checking the website for the upcoming movies!

Valerie Hill Vineyard & Winery is a boutique winery located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. Our award winning wines can be enjoyed daily inside our circa 1807 brick manor house.
Visiting Valerie Hill was a lovely experience. My husband and I stopped for a tasting and wished we had allowed much more time. Not only do they have wine tastings and bottles for purchase they also have a lovely café and setting to enjoy a bottle with light food. The staff has a more sophisticated knowledge of wines than at other wineries in the area. The wines were on the pricey side we enjoyed everything we tried and purchased a number of bottles. My favorite is the Cameo, a blend of merlot and Cabernet franc, produced in the saignee style. I rarely see this style of wine produced along the east coast, and of this quality.
