Jim Steele is a master! He plays captain, host and entertainer to all of his guests. Our cruise happen to include several pre-teens. Jim was well prepared and kept these young passengers delightfully entertained from the minute they boarded and up until we docked. In...MoreAw, shucks. Thanks so much. Always glad to have youngsters, almost always glad to have adults (just kidding). Come again anytime!

Honeysuckle Hill Zip Line Tree Top Canopy Tour is located just 30 minutes from Nashville, Clarksville, and Hendersonville, Tennessee. It is Middle Tennessee’s most exciting Outdoor Adventure! Soar through the Tree Tops on a mile of Zip Line. Three Sky Towers, Sky Bridges, and 8 Zip Lines combine to make our Tree Top Canopy Tour a one of a kind adventure for your family, friends, and co-workers. Reservations are required.
My friends were skeptical about going here simply because it was a bit further from Nashville than the rest of the pumpkin patches and because there was an entry fee in addition to fees for certain activities on the Honeysuckle farm. However a friend assured us it would be worth it....and she was right!
It was more than just the typical pumpkin patch you would expect...there were tons of fun activities all over the farm and just a few of them cost a $1 the rest were free...my son loved the petting area...his frnds loved the big sand pit and yellow dump trucks...the slides were incredible and that was just the tip of the iceberg.... it was nicely spread out where u didn't feel crowded....As for the food...My friends didn't like their burgers or chili nacho/Frito pies and I didn't find the pizza that great...however the fudge was delicious... I definitely recommend going to this farm!

I visited Pleasant View Community Park when they held a flag ceremony there for local fallen veterans. They're planning to build a veterans memorial there near the street. The park has a covered pavilion with picnic tables that may be rented, soccer fields, a paved walking track that surrounds the fields, and a hiking trail that a nearby landowner allows visitors to use. The park is well maintained, and they're planning to add to it over time.

I like to walk the Bicentennial Trail. In the fall, the colors are spectacular. The main trail is about 4 miles long, 8 miles round trip. You can walk or bike the trail. I usually walk the entire 8 miles. It allows for exercise, fresh air, and solitude.

Do not use any reviews more than 1 or 2 years old. They are under new managment and everyone is super friendly. Great prices for golf and clothing. Hot dog was great at the turn. The old man behind the counter was really funny too.

Balthrop Park is located a couple of minutes from Exit 24 on Interstate 24. It has a covered pavilion, restrooms, baseball fields, and a playground. I visited during the annual Pleasant View Volunteer Fire Department Parade and Picnic. The town closes Church Street, and it's lined with vendors. They have ball games at the park during the event. I also spent time there in December when the mayor lit the Christmas tree and area churches gathered to sing carols.
Pleasant View has two parks, and Balthrop Park is located closer to commercial activity between two fairly busy roads.

This vintage store is a great place to find the piece you are looking for. Lots of vintage clothing from any Era and all of it is in good condition. Prices are extremely reasonable. The owner is super helpful and will help you put together an outfit. She also has very interesting pieces of decor at reasonable rates...worth the stop

It was on the sign on the Highway, and I love a good bourbon so I decided to give it a try. WOW am I glad I did! This Veteran owned distillery is tucked away but the owner greeted me immediately and made me feel right at home. I didn't have time for a tour, but I tasted quite a few of the products and made some purchases. I'd lovre to go back and spend some more time!

Riverbluff Park is located just off Tennessee Waltz Parkway on the banks of the Cumberland River, and it's a popular place to hold events. It has a boat dock, boat launch, soccer fields, pavilion, playground, restrooms, farmers and artisans market during warmer months, and a large open field with a stage. If you're standing near the boat dock, you can look across the river and see Sydney's Bluff. The park has plenty of picnic tables, and it's a great place to watch the barges and other boats float down the river or get in your morning walk.
