Booked in for a full body massage following a series of gym sessions. Robert is very experienced and knows what he is doing. While this was a firm massage it wasn't painfull. The right pressure in the right place. This now my go-to place. Chris

The Astor is a remanant of a more opulent age of movie going, matched only by the Regal in Subiaco. The Astor has worn its years well, now it's often used for live performances, including comedy. The Astor is in Mt Lawley, a n inner northern suburb noted for its good taste.

If you follow the east side of the Swan river north from Windam bridge in East Perth you will reach this wonderful reserve. Here environmentalists are attempting to restore the former wetlands. Water flows from higher elevations towards the river forming swamps and marshland. The native vegetation is greener and less thorny. Leaves feel softer and flowers are bigger and richer in color, scrubs not prickly. There are many warnings for snakes, though I did not see any. Plenty of waterbirds. Great to visit. Continuation along the trail to Bardon and Berringa parks is a good option.
