Safi Kitchen: One of the best, most authentic things you can do in Ghawr as Safi is this one-of-a-kind agritourism experience! If you are a lover of food and the outdoors, this experience is for you. You will have the chance to walk through a local farm with a basket, picking your own seasonal fresh ingredients, surrounded by the sights, sounds, and smells of nature in a unique and captivating location! After you pick your vegetables, you will return to Safi Kitchen and cook your own local meal with our amazing chef, and, of course, eat it along with special Safi tea

sugar cane factory is an archaeological site in Ghor Al-Safi Jordan, located in the Wadi al-Hasa area. It is located between the governorates of Karak and Tafilah.
ocated near the Dead Sea, this extraordinary Wadi is famous for its hanging rock at the beginning of the trail and the magnificent and long narrow passage through the rock formation (also called a Siq). The wadi is also known as "Water Petra" or Wadi Hudeira by the local Bedouins. It is an easy walk into a truly spectacular Siq with clear flowing water and massive walls that obscure the sky.
Integrated ecosystem management in Jordan (Rift Valley) has established a number of natural reserves along the valley. Fifa Nature Reserve has been established within this project, which follows the programme of The Royal Society for the Conservation of Nature. Fifa was declared a reserve on 13-7-2011, and is located in the southwest of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. It is 140 km south of Amman
