This is a quaint little Drive-In in a quaint little town in Kentucky by the Lakes. I runs first-run double features and has a great Snack Bar with excellent prices. It is a Must go for lovers of Outdoor Movies and reminiscing of times from the past. You can use the speakers on the stand or tune-in on FM radio, we chose both to get great stereo sound. We will go again and again when we visit the Lakes

Shows at the Badgett Theatre in Grand Rivers rival anything you can find in Branson or Nashville. High-caliber talent, music and performances right here in West Kentucky! The Playhouse is a 6,000-square-foot facility located on JH O'Bryan in Grand Rivers behind the Welcome Center. It features state-of-the-art sound and lighting (including moving light fixtures), and 15 exciting shows per year!
Really enjoy their first Christmas show of the season. The music was very upbeat and some comedy too. The performers were very talented and enjoyed what they were doing making it even more fun. Never got the impression that they were just going thru the steps and music just to get it over with. The ending is simply beautiful. Highly recommend.

Great place to spend a Saturday night. We went to Christmas show, it was awesome. Old Christmas hymns mixed with fun upbeat and classic country songs. Great entertainers and musicians. Children entertainers were so cute clogging, singing and fiddle playing. Will for sure get you...MoreWe are Sorry we did not respond to this review sooner. Were looking for something to do on a hot summer afternoon, and chose to go to Maggie's Jungle Golf. Had a wonderful afternoon playing miniature golf. What made this a real treat was being in the cool shade on a hot day. A well-maintained facility, and one where the whole family can enjoy some time together for a very reasonable price. You won't be disappointed.

Has a great selection of First and Second quality Fiesta Ware. I've visited and bought several items. Young couple own and operate it. Great little place to shop for gifts or add to your collection.

Easy to find, park, and get around inside. One of the best laid out antique malls we have seen. It's very clean and organized, with spotless restrooms. The prices are reasonable. The employees are helpful and generally know the inventory of their vendors. Allow at least 90 minutes to look at all the booths if it is your first time.

Shop-O-Rama was founded in 1965 as primarily a hardware store but has since grown into an area shopping attraction with a reputation for having just about anything you would want. Departments include plumbing, electrical, paint, lawn&garden, sporting goods, marine, automotive, hardware, lawn furniture, giftware, housewares, clothing, boots, jewelry, & more. Locals and tourists like Shop-O-Rama!
If you need anything but groceries there is a chance you can find it here. From household decorations to boots to clothes to household and kitchen supplies to hardware and tools. Heck you can even propane for your grill here.

First of all, as you enter, they promise a treetop experience, and it is in no way, shape, manner, or form a treetop experience. Secondly, the zip lines are in dire need of being reconfigured in several areas. On at least 4 of their lines, there is a chance that you will not make it to the other end and may get stranded due to the lines not being taut enough. It happened to several members of my group, including myself. The staff knows this, and one staff member said that its been a problem for quite a while. I have zip lined numerous times, and when one staff member suggested it was the wind blowing the wrong direction that causes the problem, I could not hold back my laughter. The wind blowing in a certain direction will not affect a properly laid zip line. I have no idea who I would recommend do the zip lines at this facility because a beginner is not going to get an experience that will keep them wanting to zip line in the future, and an experienced zip liner will be completely bored. All in all, a very disappointing experience.

This May my wife and I were able to travel here and we enjoyed both the nice weather and the beauty of the refuge. This NWR is located in the western tip of Kentucky near the town of Benton. It was established as one of the largest remaining bottomland hardwood forests in the region. We very much enjoyed driving the interpretive auto tour and learning about the refuge. We walked some trails and enjoyed interacting with the refuge staff at the visitor center. The refuge also offers fishing, hunting and we utilized the observation deck for photographic opportunities. Come and bring your family (especially children), binoculars, camera and see what this region of Kentucky has to offer. This is a beautiful refuge and is certainly filled with an abundance of wildlife.
