Came here for an organised bouldering competition and the whole centre was amazing, great selection of routes, friendly staff, great space to relax and socialise too.

Haven't skated for years but went here with my Mrs and young son (5) . Absolutely loved it, just enough people on the ice per session and there was a steward skating around keeping order and giving skating tips. My little boy was given a Penguin to skate with which he loved even though he couldn't stand up ????. Going here has resorted in me buying my own skates I enjoyed it that much, thankyou ice Sheffield, brilliant few hours ????????

Visited this leisure pool whilst on holiday in Sheffield last week and had a wonderful time! We got there for when the session started at 11am, and were told we would get a minimum of 90 minutes in pool. Only downside is the time to change and put things in lockers is included in this time unfortunately. In my opinion it would be better if they could let you in to the changing rooms 10 minutes prior to when the session starts to allow for changing so this doesnt eat in to your swim time. Luckily we actually got an extra hour in the pool though, as they didnt start enforcing the wrist band system straight away, meaning we had between 11am (11.10am by the time we got in pool) - 1.30pm to swim. The pool was well staffed by life guards. The 2 slides are well worth a ride, and luckily there wasnt too much of a que for them. They have a wave machine which runs every 20-30 minutes and a lazy river which runs round the side of the pool with floats which is really good fun and very relaxing! Also I was really pleased that there were free powerful hairdryers available to use after the swim, having a decent hairdryer to use instead of one of those awful, rubbish, unpowerful, cheap hairdryers you get in so many pools which just look like a hoover tube makes all the difference! Also the guy on the till put me and my partner through as a family of 3 to ensure we saved some money on the price, so we only had to pay £6.10 each instead of £7.80, which was really nice of him :) There is also a great little cafe on site with sandwiches and panini's priced very cheaply and a good selection too. A great attraction to visit :)

We wanted somewhere we could just float around and not have to lane swim on a weekday morning, so that I could take the weight off my joints (heavily pregnant). The water was just the right temperature and there was a really lovely atmosphere. The changing rooms were a little cold once you'd been in the pool which was the only downside.
