We loved our private sleigh ride the staff was extremely friendly and informative. We loved the sweet dog that went on the ride with us . The ride was beautiful and we saw a bald eagle on the route too. Very easy to find when visiting town and a great way to see the country side.

Northwest Dogsled Adventures

Reviewed By Falciase - Tyler, United States

Me and my new wife went to Leavenworth, WA on our honeymoon last week, and this was the highlight of the trip for both of us, in front of snowmobiling and sleigh riding (which were also very fun)! Captain Larry and Jeanne were incredibly friendly and passionate about dog sledding. The dogs were friendly and incredibly excited to get on the trail (although you are not allowed to pet the pups until AFTER you are done sledding!). The course was not terribly strenuous and lasted for about 45 minutes long. I rode on the back of the sled, with Captain Larry in front of me, and then my wife sat in the saddle bag. She and I alternated twice so we both got to stand and also sit. Make sure to bundle up in layers, as it gets cold obviously! HIGHLY recommended, especially if you love dogs like my wife and I and want to try something incredibly novel.
