My husband “pushed the boat out” and birthday surprised me with a private charter cruising around the stunning Abel Tasman and what an epic day out it was, it was the perfect way to scope out this area. Emma our skipper expertly steered us through the bays, landing us on beautiful golden sand beaches, whipping us up a platter for lunch, sharing historical and ecological facts, showing us the seals.... we could have snorkelled, kayaked it’s all there. Emma is so chill and flexible she treated us like rock stars. I highly recommend you use and support this fabulous Kiwi company.

Thanks to Jess for arranging the 2 combined flights. Jess went out of her way to make sure we got the best experience. We combined the Akaroa & Banks Peninsula with the Southern Alps which was breath taking. What topped the experience off was that we had Richie McCaw as our pilot. One of the nicest guys I have ever meet. Thanks again for a great experience Jess and Richie. Hamish and Karen.

A group of eight of us experienced a wonderful afternoon of open water sailing and a cruise around the harbor. A highlight was a visit to the local lighthouse followed later by a BBQ tea cooked on board. We were looked after so well and truly pampered by Martin and Jane-Maree. Amazing New Zealand and Summer far exceeded our expectations for the vacation. Summer planned a trip based on our individual interests. We asked for wildlife, hiking and culture. We also chose B&Bs when possible. A booklet was provided that detailed how far and were to drive each day. Suggestions were made as to a variety of things to do each day. Suggestions for restaurants or quick meals were also included. The accommodations were amazing! Each one was chosen for the location to our activities and amazing views. Due to the pandemic, we were lucky enough to be able to return home on the day that we had planned on traveling to Australia. We planned the Australia part of the vacation and we DO REALIZE how much work it is to plan a 34 day trip. Each day we'd say how AMAZING it was that we found Amazing New Zealand online and that Summer was there each step of the way to plan the vacation. Thank You Summer and Amazing New Zealand!
