My husband and I splurged and took the luxury cruise to Victoria and we were treated like royalty! The service, food and drinks were amazing. We spent a fun 6 hours in Victoria on our own and then flew back to Vancouver in a sea plane. I thought I would be scared, but the flight was really cool and the landing was like we landed on a marshmallow. I would highly recommend this company.

Incredible whale watching adventure out of Victoria, BC harbour!! They lined up close to 2 dozen whales for us to view in just a 3 hour tour. That is not a typo!!! Generally one is lucky to see a couple on a trip of that lenght. We found 1 orca putting a great show, leaping out of the water and smacking his tail on the surface. It was very impressive!!! Even a humpback slipped by before the orca noticed. At that point we thought - what a great day whale watching. But we were not done. Next on the agenda was approximately 20 humpbacks feeding on krill. What a day!!!! We were well looked after by the 5 Star Whale Watching staff. They were very professional both on and off the water during this difficult COVID time. They worked hard to make the adventure happen. It was a great experience for our small group. We are looking forward to our next whale watching adventure with 5 Star!!!

Amazing day filled with lots of fun and adventure!! Very thrilling and was like we were on a racing game show! Enjoyable experience! The only thing was that most landmarks were spread apart greatly, making it unable (or difficult to) walk the full distance. Just recommend bringing a car to take full advantage if this wonderful experience! Great social distancing activity!

What can I say that has not been said already? Elizabeth! Wow you were an amazing impromptu tour guide. Last minute we booked a private Victoria BC tour and you pulled out all the bells and whistles. Took us to some of the most amazing and beautiful places in the area. Offered to take our photos and made sure we had everything we needed! Thank you for the laughs and fun!

Wife and I did the Crowsnest Pass mystery. Early frustration as the mystery wouldn't open on my phone. Tried reloading the app a couple of times, but it wouldn't work. I called the phone number that was included on the receipt, not really expecting to get a hold of anyone as it was Saturday afternoon. Pleasantly surprised when Iain answered! I explained what was going on and he tried troubleshooting over the phone but problem persisted. He contacted someone on the technical team for advice and called me back. We tried a few more things with no success. He then called someone involved with the app and discovered a problem with the app. It was corrected within minutes. Iain called back and sent me a new code. We tried it and it worked!! Wife and I did the tour-very cool! A great way to learn about local history and some easy exercise at the same time! Tour took us about 1 and 3/4 hours to complete. Troubleshooting took 20ish minutes prior to starting. App worked flawless during the challenge. Will definitely do another tour! Iain was very apologetic and helpful. He even called back once we started to make sure the app was working and ask if we had any questions! Would absolutely recommend!!
