What an amazing trip - sure to be an indelible part of our memory. The standout feature of this resort is the staff. Exceptional eye to detail and always thinking 2 steps ahead of us. Special mention to Khun Somkid for being an excellent guide and host. For anyone doing any walking tours, we highly recommend him!

We stayed here as a stop on a cycle tour. It's not pretentious, the rooms are raised bungalows and are fairly basic but the air con works well. The place is clean but no frills. There's bikes to get to the river which is about 500m away. It's a further 500m to get to the night time pavement market. There's not too much locally bar the old city walls but it's a fine stopover and reasonably priced.

Our resort surrounded by local fruit orchard and flowers. The resort consists of 4 pool villas and a hotel building with 19 standard rooms 8 deluxes room and 4 suites.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay at the Bansaeo Garden and Resort in Shiang Saen. We stayed in a spacious and modern room overlooking the Mekong River. The only single criticism I have of the room was the water temperature of the shower was warm at best and not hot.The pool was absolutely lovely and secluded along the banks of the river. The grounds were rustic but catered nicely for tourists looking for an 'escape experience'. Also, the service was polite and professional. Overall, this was a satisfying & tranquil resort experience.

The bungalows are very dirty, noisy surroundings, the breakfast was low quality. All facilities urgently would need improving/renovation. Staff is mainly impolite and poor informed. Poor Service Quality. View good but not worth the money.
