Heaps to do at the Ningaloo Coast area , from snorkelling and its just meters off sure , unlike the coral reef in Qland, thoroughly enjoyed Lakeside to do this , just be aware of the good 500m to 700m walk to the prime location to the left . Plenty of fishing , swimming with wale sharks and than you have the canyon . To do sight seeing , hiking and climbing . Will be back . Pretty busy joint even in this COVID times.

It is a rare thing to see a shipwreck about 10 metres from the shore. Definitely easy to swim to on a calm day. Quite an interesting experience. Do need to be a decent swimmer.

Was not sure what to expect but it was a great dive experience. The dive masters were awesome and really explained the whole area extremely well. The dive gave us a bunch of sharks and great diversity of fish and small sea life. Would absolutely do this dive again.

This is a protected fish sanctuary making it perfect for snorkeling. Low tide shows the rockpools and reef and seemed to be very popular with families and kids. High tide is still stunning snorkeling but be careful of strong currents that can carry a swimmer metres along the beach before they realise.

Cathedral Rocks is best known for the seal viewing platform, where you can see seals frolicking in the water, and lazing on the rocks off shore. Depending on the time of day and the time of year you visit, will depend if you see many seals frolicking in the water, or you see a handful of seals close to the waters edge. I’ve been at different times and seen both. Most recently, there was half a dozen close to shore, with the rest near the Cathedral rocks. Stunning area to visit and view.
