I booked a trip scheduled 2nd April, the company notified me that due Covid 19 pandemic the tour would be cancelled. I was offered options of a refund or get credits. I chose refund as I was not gonna get any other time which they concurred. After 2 weeks I was contacted by one rude Eva Lawrence who stayed that the business was not doing well due to the pandemic hence they would not refund back the money?! So is that how you treat your customers? Was it my fault that you cancelled the trip due to the pandemic??! I need a refund ASAP. [email protected] +61450753569

Neill and Ceillhe are the loviest people and I just can't recommend their service enough!! 10/10 across the board. I would use this company again, ANY day of the week!

In the Coromandel for a healing weekend following some stress back in Auckland, we found Boom's website and booked a half day cruise. I have long maintained that you don't really get to know a place until you've seen it from the water. So I try and book something like this every time we visit somewhere coastal. Out of the two of us, my wife is the non-sailor and sometimes feels like she gets dragged along on these excursions. WELL, not this time. Kirstine maintains this is the most fun activity she can recall in years, and we both would highly recommend it for sailors and non-sailors alike. It makes such a difference when you're dealing with people who love what they do, and this perfectly describes Mat and his crew Sam - our every need was looked after without them being "in our face." The boat is large, fast, and comfortable and we were given the option to help sail or be completely "hands off." We had a great time snorkelling at Cathedral Cove, and Mat was a veritable mine of information about the fascinating history of the surrounding bays. Can't thank these guys enough for a superb afternoon and we will absolutely be back. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the Coromandel.

We got off our cruise in Auckland and the driver from Comfort met us for a brief tour of that city and then an airport drop off. We were overcharged at drop off. The owner promised to make a refund of the difference but kept making excuses such as, I can’t refund it back to your credit card, or my bank will not do an international transfer, or the one I liked best—I can’t mail you a paper check because I don’t have any. So my friends, be very carful of this in scrupulous provider.
