Pleasant stay indeed !

My girlfriend booked this motel for us as there was a good deal . I was apprehensive as I’ve never stayed there before and was thinking it may not be as quiet as I would like as it is right on the Main Street next to the Grizzly Paw.! Wow what a nice surprise! It was clean, nice comfortable bed, it had a Nespresso machine in the room which I loved , and best of all, it was totally quiet and peaceful! Hot tub was also nice , clean and hot! Check in was super easy as they have online check in system so you just pull up to the door of your room and enter with a code for the door . Ample free parking as well I would definitely stay here again.

Keep a close eye on money charged

A good, comfortable place with well lit and big rooms. Furnished somewhat unconventionally but overall comfortable. One thing that I am still trying to find out from the management (without much success) is why there are additional charges. They first charged the regular amount and later when I checked my cards statement, I saw an additional charge (separate from the original bill).

..... Dirty Underwear.....

Reviewed By 310kimberlyz

Honestly, I am not happy to write this review because the place itself is decent. We have a dog and the location being away from the main busy area was perfect. I didn't mind the 20-minute walk to get to where all the action is. The room itself was nice. Everything that I expected other. We did have some exposed insulation due to a door frame board missing but oh well. The local soap in the room was fantastic - we went and bought some ourselves. The bed was decently comfy and it was just enough for what we needed. At breakfast, we were talking about how we would stay there again... Until we performed a room sweep. My boyfriend and I always search the e room high and low to make sure that we aren't leaving anything. When we looked under the bed, there was a pair of dirty underwear.... (no they weren't ours). I was absolutely disgusted. They weren't even far under the bed... these beds are raised up off the ground on a platform and they were directly under the platform. We were disgusted and started questioning how clean the place actually was if they couldn't even sweep the floor... We will definitely question whether or not to go back to this establishment.

Paddock Inn

The Paddock Inn is a motel in the Crowsnest Pass that was known as the Stop Inn Motel. The Paddocks have always been drawn to the Pass for their love of snowmobiling, dirtbiking, quadding, camping, and hiking. The motel has had a few renovations and now offers some new fully updated rooms, and some less expensive rooms for the traveler on a budget. We are continuing on with some more renovations in the Spring of 2017. All rooms have brand new beds as of May 2016. Come check us out and some of the changes we have made!

Quality & Comfort !

Coleman was a new stop for us on an annual road trip to see our grandkids, and we were pleasantly surprised with the Paddock Inn and with dinner at Encounters Wine Bar. Paddock Inn is being lovingly refurbished with quality and comfort in mind. From the thick bathroom towels (have to mention the amazing water pressure and showerhead) to the comfortable bed and pillows with soft sheets and duvet. Our room had both bar fridge and microwave. We had a great and quiet sleep with the windows open and a cool breeze blowing, though there is air-conditioning if preferred. After an in room morning coffee, we hit the road with the plan of making Coleman a regular stop.

Fabulous location, great rooms and delicious, hot breakfast buffet

Reviewed By YEGDaytripper

This was our first time staying at this location. Being one of the less expensive accommodation options in Banff, we were a bit concerned about what it would be like, but we were pleasantly surprised all around! The location is great. Right on the main street in the town of Banff. Gorgeous view of the mountains from where we were, a spacious balcony with a table and two chairs and since we were on the top floor, our room had a vaulted ceiling which made the room feeling much larger than a standard hotel room. The decor of the room was modern and bright. The beds were comfy, the tv was modern and had a sanitized remote provided. Our room had two queen beds, a table with two chairs, microwave, fridge, desk and wardrobe. The bathroom wasn't huge or fancy, but was very clean, all in working order and had a bathtub/shower combo. The breakfast was above and beyond our expectations for a free breakfast. It included lots of hot food options (scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes and delicious hashbrowns), self-serve toast, yogurt, fruit, cold cereal and hot cereal. It also offered several kinds of juices, as well as milk, coffee and teas. It was tasty, filling and a great way to start a day in the mountains! My daughter loved the pool and hot tub area, which had long operating hours and lots of space. All the staff we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay here. We plan on trying to book it again for our next weekend escape. It exceeded all of our expectations, while not being unreasonably priced.
