Built just to the east of the spectacular ruins of the capital of the Ayutthaya kingdom, a Siamese power destroyed by Burmese invasion in the 18th century, Ayutthaya is a modern Thai city studded with archeological wonders. Headless Buddhas and crumbling but still-beautiful reliquary towers and wats give evidence of the majesty of the civilization that was once centered here.

A super find. A modern and chic hotel of 8, well thought out rooms, within a gallery and cafe. Nestled a short walk from the main historical temples. Though, the locals might think you mad if you do indeed walk!

The owners here really understand hospitality - incredibly welcoming and willing to serve our needs. Also - they were very good cooks! We were about midway on our drive home to Chiang Mai from a beach south of Bangkok, and needed a place to stay. We were a bit nervous about traveling during this time, and actually had to redo our plans a few times as the rules about travel in Thailand during the coronavirus scare changed. The owners were lovely and very understanding and accommodating. As many restaurants were closed (although some take-out was available) we were not sure about whether we could find something to eat after we arrived. Although the owners do not usually offer dinner, they agreed make an exception and cook for us. It was wonderful! We are very grateful to them. T The room (2 per individual duplex house) was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and well maintained. The grounds were lovely AND (maybe most importantly) the accommodation was pet friendly. The wifi was very fast.

Lucky to find this place in the listing of hotels booking platform. Take a chance to drive in and found lovely Thai traditional home by the river with very peaceful atmosphear. We check out the town for old city temple and back for chillaxing hang out by tge cute small garden in front of the river with some very in expensive local beer price compare to 7-11 and shortly they send us some snack and fresh mango from thier garden for us to enjoy our self for beautiful night. In the morning with toast and coffee there is anothe big plate for fresh mango to enjoy along our as our breakfast. Very friendly and treat like family until very end. We're definitely coming back with many more friends to recommend.

Absolutely adored this place, my wife and I were in the area to find a builder to construct a traditional Ayutthaya house, so we upgraded to the individual house on stilts overlooking the river and we were not disappointed. The staff were excellent, especially the owners daughter, who spoke excellent English, and I have to mention the eggs for breakfast; I asked for kai jiao(omelette), and it was like a cross between omelette and scrambled eggs, it was delicious(Zaap). We can recommend this restful and charming place.

What a nice place, at the river, so calm and beautiful. Owner gives you a warm welcome, a map and quick check in. One of the temples is near and can be reached with the for free provided bicycles. Tours can organized. Breakfast Thai or western style. We booked for one night but we're so relaxed and happy here that we extended our stay. Near are 2 good restaurants at walking distance. Really nice place !

What a truly charming establishment this is, after arriving at our pre-booked accommodation and viewing the exterior of the building which to us looked dreadful we immediately cancelled and hunted around for alternative rooms and found this delightful little place consisting of 11 individual units built around a lovely large pond containing many fish and colourful water lilies, with each unit having its own balcony over the water which was great fun to feed the fish. Our room whilst small was really cosy, clean and very comfortable, the lovely owner and her staff were so pleasant and helpful and had our delicious evening meal brought in which we enjoyed sitting in the nice gazebo overlooking the water. At 650 baht per night, this place would have to be our number one preference within the 600 to 700 baht price range. As Ayutthaya was the last place to visit during our month long Thailand holiday we were unable to stay any longer than two nights as we had to get back to Bangkok to catch our flight home, but will most certainly be staying at this super little place when next in this interesting city

Friendly staff and the price is worth it! I have been here for 3 times. This place near the city and easy to find a food. There're bike cycle for rent. Good for family or friend trip because there is a room for 3 in 1 and 4 in 1 also.
